the room was way too small. the shower area was very small too and the drainage system in the shower was bad. it takes a long time for the water to completely drain. the staff were not friendly. the only good thing was that it was close to causeway bay.

My stay was a pleasant one. Service was good, hotel staffs in the reception were corteous and accommodating. Rooms are small but tidy and clean, best for single traveller. Location is good, it's accessible to public transports, 5 minutes walk to the MTR. It's also near the Hongkong Convention Center, just 15 minutes walk. And lastly, it's so close to Times Square shopping mall.

The hotel is pretty much what you get in HK for that price. The room is small but clean, and the bed comfortable. They give you a cellphone for you to use during your stay in HK.
There's a lounge where you can have breakfast and have wireless internet access.
Nightlife Tip:
Wanchai area is nearby.

Basically we just had very bad luck during our stay, encountering alot of troubles. Below is our memorable experiences there:
1) There was a night when we back to hotel after a long day of travel we were so surprise to find out that our room door was opened fully! Great thing is that we did not lose anything as we locked our luggage bag each time we left hotel, but the staff on shift that night is just so unbearable! He didn't emphasize on apologies in this case but pointing our fault on the other hand on the scenario that he create himself. End up we gave up arguing with him and speak to the manager the next day.
2) There was cockroach in the room! Room is clean but cockroach is something that i cant take it! Believed remedy action has now been taken and we got our room changed and upgraded.
3) My friend lose her sleeping doll on the last night of our last night of staying. We ended our trip with regret..

The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are very very small but clean and well decorated. The main problems are: no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the bar and you must buy something in the bar so that they can give you the password; quality of the windows. It seems that you are sleeping in the street because the noise is the same.
Shopping Tip:
Very near Times Square and Causeway Bay.

the hotel is located near times square and mtr stations. it has a modern design and i like how music is played in the elevator. the room is small, but it was comfortable, clean and affordable.i was surprised that there was plenty of channels available. it is a good place to stay for a night or two and if with a budget. the down side is free wifi wasn't available in the room.
