It was my first time in Hong Kong. I was a little confused about the very small size of the room, even for one person. The bath and toilet so small you can’t get in! The ventilation system is also not so good. In other side, the location is the best you can find for this money. The International Convention center is just 5 minutes walk, the shopping aria is 200 meters away, a lot of restaurants and MTR station.
Restaurant Tip:
There is very good and not expensive local food restaurant 50 meters on the right from the hotel.

Very good location ~ tiny room though!
Firstly the location. Clean room, though tiny, well equipped.

you cant image how tiny is the room - so so so tiny. really did not expect the room to be so small - yes, size is provided in the website, but just didnt cant imagine. however,it is still a good hotel - very convenient location. short walking distance to food stalls/ restaurants, shopping complexes, mtr station and the morning market - practically so lively! overall, good place to stay and i will stay there again!

This is the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. I have stayed in HK many times, and also stayed at other properties managed by Rhombus. I have found Rhombus properties to be excellent, but not this one. The room was tiny, tiny , tiny and very uncomfortable. Location is not very convenient either. For the money there are much better hotels to stay in.
Nightlife Tip:
Visit Lan Kwai Fong early, Wanchai area later in the night

It is very nearby to all kind of public transport. But the room is too small for 2 persons in a room. If you are consider as big sizes, then is very hard for you to enter the room, especially their washroom. :P
If you are taking public bus from Hong Kong International Airport, take bus A11, stop at 12th stop, is 3 minutes walking distance from the stop.
Shopping Tip:
Is is a walking distance to Times Square and Sogo at Causeway Bay.

Conveniently located small hotel

Hotel Bonaparte By Rhombus is a nice small hotel, conveniently located in Wan Chai, which are surrounded with local shops and restaurants. It is a short distance to walk, only around 10-15 minutes, to Causway Bay, which is one of the main shopping areas in Hong Kong Island. The hotel is close to the tram and subway stations, 5 minutes walk.
The room we stayed was rather small but it is normal given Hong Kong standard. It was clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities. Drinking water was provided free of charge. The only thing that we would like the hotel to improve is to clean the walls in the shower room as there were a few black areas of mould.
Overall, we still recommend this hotel and we would stay in this hotel again if we visit Hong Kong next time.

Location was great, central to shopping and local food.

hotel room is little small, however, very clean neat and it does make use of the small space very efficiently. nice decoration and design. would be better if the counter people have more smiles......
the bar looks great and shall be better if the hotel guests can use the internet ......and the lady at the restaurant is not too friendly.......
anyway, very convenient location and clean neat hotel

the staff always greeted us with a warm smile, service was very good , reception was always tidy and rooms cleaned every day with fresh bed sheets and clean towels. the location suited us very well, in the heart of everythin , also there is a small but nice cafe on ground level if your ever in need of a snack with the use of free internet
