Poor staff service and tiny Bisiness rooms

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we were not satisfied with hotel's staff performance. We had an impression they wanted to cheat on us. There was no wifi nor telephone in the room which was extremely inconvinient. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, although it's well-located.

for 2 nights it is worth the price, but it would have been better if they allowed wifi in the rooms as part of the service which is basic in hotels now.
Shopping Tip:
always hydrate yourself by bringing water with you as walking is an integral part of the hkg experience.

it's five minutes walk from times square. the room is small and very compact. i stayed on the third floor, it can be noisy as the room is facing the road.

The room is small and compact even by HK standard. The corner room is slightly bigger. The bathroom is separated by a transparent glass and the sink is outside of the bathroom. You can request for a curtain for the bathroom if you are traveling with friends. There is no phone available in the room but upon check-in you can request to loan a mobile free of charge from the front desk.

I requested a double bed room，but they gave me a single bed room。 finally they gave me they gave me the double room ， but needed to wait more 30 minutes。 the location is really good where near the time square but the size of room is extrmely small。

My stay at the Hotel Bonaparte was ok, the room was very cozy but it was ok for one night. They gave me a cell phone to use for local calls, which was nice to have, but I was disappointed that they charged 100 Hong Kong Dollars a day to use the wired internet connection in the room.
