Close to Timesquare and others shopping centers but quite far from the nearest subway exit.
The premium room has more space than the business one. With good facilities.Very helpful staffs.
And also provide the local service mobile phone for hotel guest.

Great locations but small rooms

Very nice and newly refurbished hotel but small rooms, not much room to move even for 2 persons with 2 suitcases, i guess the price to stay in this hotel reasonably cheap comparing others, the main thing is the room is clean and staff is quite helpful, but could be very crowded and long wait when you check-in and out at busy time, the other thing i noticed was i can hear a little traffic noise in the morning even from 20th floor (its only 4 rooms on each floor)
Hotel Feature Tip:
The closest MTR station is causeway bay station, not Wan Chai as the area and last thing, you can use the airport express train shuttle bus for free of charge (included on your express train ticket) but they will only drop you in Novotel Century, H1 route.

Modern hotel, with the bathroom designed with clear walls/door. So you may want to reconsider if you are not traveling with your partner. Staff could do with some politeness especially when they are an award winning hotel. No free wi-fi, that was a let down. Nearest MTR exit (Times Square) is 5 mins walk away, but from the exit, you got to walk another 10 mins before reaching the station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring muscle relief cream as you will be walking a lot in HK!

Small room and poor service

The room is so small which can barely fit a double bed and few squares to walk. The staff at the front desk was mean and not helpful. The room doesnt even have a telephone to call the front desk.

Ashame about the unhelpfull staff
good location, rooms with good standard, clean, could borrow mobile phones for free to be able to communicate with friends staying in other rooms even outside of the hotel.

As a whole, we were happy with this hotel. The location was good and it was nice and clean. However we found the staff pretty unfriendly, they didn't seem to like being asked questions about how to get to different sites etc. We were also told that there would be wifi in the rooms but there was only wifi in the restaurant at an additional cost.
The rooms were small but that seemed normal for most hotels in Hong Kong.
be carefull with the toiletts, if you are not comfortable showing everything to your partner in there you should book a different hotel

Nice hotel with good services
Easy for travel. Room is clean.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Room is OK but the bed is short to me .
It is very near to MTR, so I can save money. It is also easy to move to all shipping centers and nice places in Hongkong. Along the road, you can find food couters.
Travel tip:
Will stay here next coming.

Fantastic location, near buses. Could also walk to Causeway Bay. However room size was small and considering that I was travelling alone, should have been given a double bed rather than 2 single beds.

I stayed one night with my 2 kids.
When I first entered the premium room, to my shock, its Bathroom and shower room door was see through. Kinda very embarrassing even you are sharing a room with your family.
No Wifi in the hotel lobby and room. You can only avail of free
wifi at the hotel's coffee shop (3rd floor). But before they give you the wifi password, you have to order something otherwise no internet/wifi.
Room was clean. Very convenient location (near the Timesquare, MTR, 711, and some small restaurant along the street)
