Clean & Tidy, Customer services is excellent

The hotel is very new but quite far away from the mtr station. (about 15 mins on foot)the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. They are good at english and PTH. Also they upgrade my room to seaview room with no additional charge. however, the room is smaller than i expect.
I feel good with this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
tsim sha tsui and famous restaurants in Hung hom.

the location is not bad quite new the mrt. walking distance.
food wise also easy to grab. there are genki sushi and itacho sushi nearly by the hotel (walking distance). opposite the hotel has restaurant (cha siao) the price is reasonable and nice. there are shutter buses to some places as well.
club - big room and alcohol provided. free mini bar. need to eat out for lunch and dinner.

the staffs are friendly, able to assist when you call.the swimming pool got great view. also the gym is larger then most hotel.
lots of shopping around the hotel with dsf just 2 mins walk.
also hk museum of history is a short distance (5mins).
they provides free shutter bus to several shopping locations throughtout the days.
i have stay here twice since they open in late april.
