Great hotel that concerns guest services
Lovely smiles found on most of the staffs, quality amenities

Good services with friendly smile on most of the staffs' face. Comfortable room lighting and the semi-suspending chair. You will not need to worry about any amenities forgotten to bring as they even provides hair spray, deodorant and body lotion that kind of detailed items.
Only thing to comment, should consider to stop water flowing out problem of the shower area as there is no door.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Be reminded there is no Jacuzzi in the hotel as which was stated on hotel website.

Very beautiful hotel, unique design, full amenities, friendly staff, efficient service. Everything is good about this hotel. Free wifi in the room, free paper, bathtub and standing shower, great harbour view, free shuttle to key points like MTR station. Right opposite the hotel is a shopping centre selling all branded goods. Numerous restaurants/cafe/ eateries within 10 min walk. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. For the fitness buff, come with nice gym too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the free shuttle to the Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR station and u can get to any where in HK.

good location, right next door to museum of science and also museum of history, free shuttle to star ferry. all amenities fully up to snuff as expected for a top notch hotel. the buffet in the morning was also extremely good. concierage espeicially helpful with directions.

during my stay,i had a pleasent stay.
the coffee house was superb and the chinese restaurant was very high qaulity.
the rooms were big ,great interior and a big bathroom.
service was great..there was also a good shuttle bus to ocean terminal.
overall it was a great stay and will be back..

They made an effort to make you feel like home.
Spacious, very big room size for Hong Kong. Gym room n Spa. Free WiFi. Free minibar. Nespresso coffee machine.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Nice separate bath and shower. Great hotel for longer leisure stay because you will want to make full use of their facilities. Nice international breafast buffet spread after an early workout session at their modern high ceiling glass gym room with a great sea view. Head back for a nice shower n make yourself another cup of coffee in room and head out for your day. In the evening after a long day of shopping, why fight the crowd in TST when you have 3 great in house restaurant. After dinner n enjoying great night view on the 28th floor head to the Spa (opens till 12 midnight).
Very quiet location; probably not so convenient unless you've been to Hong Kong a dozen times already... try this for a change.

Once again, a wonderful stay. Pool is a delight. Restaurant was great! Spa treatment was sublime! I will always want to stay here when in Hong Kong! The best staff; so friendly and helpful!
