I am farmiliar with the area Nothing comes with the standard room except the room I stayed in this hotel before but always in a harbor view room. The harbor rooms are excellent and come with a great breakfast and wine and snacks on the top floor complementary from 6-8PM. This time I was only staying for one night and the weather was foggy. It was impossible to see the harbor so I chose a standard room. I was clean and nice but no amenities. I was cold outside (13C) and the hotel had no heat in the room. Finally housekeeping brought a heater to the room. I could have found an equal room for less expense at a different hotel.

It's awesome idea for Happy Hour complimentary for Jen Habour View Room. Every staff is polite & have excellent service mind. This includes the nice greeting of hotel maid every morning. ( I stayed on 24th Floor) It's is a little bit far from MRT. We need to catch tram or local bus to the MRT. The executive room doesn't provide slipper in room. At night time, after the train & bus stop service. The only way to get back to the hotel is TAXI which costs a little bit expensive. Some rooms on executive floor (high floor) got not a nice view for overlook the harbour because there is a high residential building staying in front of us!!! It is the perfect place for long vacation / holiday if you want to get away from crowded people. You can sit back & relax and sipping wine with an nice harbour view on 28 Floor. If you stay in executive room or suite room you can enjoy some snack a glass of wine or champagne with free of charge. If you don't mind to catch tram or local bus, I recommend you to stay here. It is another choice to learn local lifestyle in the western area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is not much far from pub & restaurant. You can catch tram that heading to North Point or Causeway Bay. You can get off at Central then have a little walk to Lan Kwai Fong.

New Hotel,Nice Bedroom,Bright Lights,Good Location,Nice Interior. bathroom clean yet old. Far from shopping areas like central time square and Harbour city. I stayed in Jen hotel for 3 nights, and since the first time I arrived the hotel has make me feel at home because the cozy atmosphere. The hotel location is also strategic, near to tram that takes us to pacific place, and all western and central area. Many restaurants around the hotel, expensive to the cheap one. Malaysian food to Shabu shabu or simply bao,not to mention Mc Donald's is right next to our hotel and it open 24 hour.
Shopping Tip : if you go to hongkong for doing business in central or wester area, this is the hotel.but if you stay for shoping till you die, this isn't the hotel.Too far from shoping place.
