I have stayed at JEN for many times, and it is always a pleasure coming back as the furnishing for the Jen's room just suit my style. Great view, spacious room, Dvd player is installed in all Jen's room which is a must item to me. In general, I am very please with everything provided in JEN Hotel. Will definately go back again.

Clean, Spacious, DvD player, nice view.

No MTR close by, a little remote

when i get into the room i think the room look very clean because they use white color and simple interior but when i go to restroom (toilet) and use their toilet flush, i'm very surprise because a flush toilet is very old and have some black spot like mould. so it scare me :( after that i check others in the restroom and see the bathtub very old and lavatory have many black spot under the counter :( so i think this hotel is not clean as it must so i think i not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- chic design & interior - bed and blanket very soft & comfort :)

- location is not good, you have to walk walk walk... or just use bus - service is not warm, I never see hotel staff smile here.

The taxi driver don't know this hotel so I have to show them the map of this hotel. I think this hotel is not popular for tourist. When enter the room, i think the room is nice becuase it has simple design but look good. But when I go to the toilet, I'm surprise with the bathtub and the flush toilet because of ther room look very new and clean but the toilet are very old and dirty. So I think this hotel is just renovated and they do only window dressing, not want to give you the best service. For location is not more comfortable becuase you must take only taxi or only bus to this hotel or only by your walk. So my summarize is I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I don't want to back there again.

- bed and blanket are very good

- not clean - old bathtub and flush toilet - poor location

I am very familiar with HK and have always preferred to stay on HK Island side Western is close to central but on the otherside from your typical tourist Shopping Areas. If you dont mind the location, this hotel is great value, clean and functional. Rooms are on the smaller side but the new decor and harbour views more than compensate. The roof top swimming pool and 24 Hour Gym are great.

rooms are clean with brand new decor Complimentary SCMP Newspaper (rather than other free newspapers) Great Harbour Views Close to Central

Rooms are on the smaller side The corridor through the bathroom may not be for everyone No Bath Tub

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Trams are a short walk away and a great way to see HK and get to everthing on HK Island

Hotel is ideal for tourists who would like to see the old Hong Kong but not convenient for business travellers as the nearest MTR is approximately 15 mins by shuttle bus. Being so, rates should include breakfast for convenience.

Room size is just right and comfortable in its modern decor amidst the old Hong Kong.

Location is not ideal as it is not near a MTR station. Front desk staff are not very polite. When ask about the internet access in room and at the lobby cafe if it was chargeable, staff replied rudely "of course chargeable!"

The first thing I was told at the check-in counter was that the hotel has not received my payment from Agoda and my credit card will be charged if they still do not receive it in 30 days. Obviously, the way this hotel deals with their dispute/problem with the travel agent is asking the innocent consumer to assume all the responsibilities and be double-charged. Think about this before your booking decision.

Good value for money and would recommend as a quiet base, use shuttle to go explore via MTR and taxis as always in HK are cheap and readily available outside the Hotel

  • Travel tip : Use your room key to identify the address of the hotel to taxi drivers who do not know it, as some don't! Its on the back of the key card in English and Cantonese.
