We loved it! beautifully furnished, well equipped!
The staffs are polite, feels very homely with the cosy yet modern lounge area.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, bigger than I thought it would be as there was a living area with sofa and TV and the room is seperated with a door. We could host friends in our room which we usually can't due to space constraints esp in HongKong! so it was amazing judging by the price we paid!

Large rooms (for Hong Kong) and good service

The hotel is in a converted older office building, but the rooms are new and fittings generally good quality. The location is ok, close to the MTR and convenient for Central. Hotel staff are also friendly and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel can be hard to find at first - look for the bright blue painted building on the right hand side as you go down Queens Road West.

i have late check-in in mid-night, thanks the nice and helpful staffs, they have upgrade me to a delux room which have a living room!! it was a lovely stay in hotel lbp.
Shopping Tip:
it's easy to take taxi outside the hotel, around 10 mins you can arrive the main shopping area.

The customer service by the front desk staff was excellent. I was particularly impressed by one staff, I believe her name is . There was one day I needed to book a taxi, she advised me that it will be better if she helped me flag down a taxi and so she did, the lobby was on the 4th floor and she had to go down to the ground floor and exit the hotel to flag down a taxi. The staff from most hotels I've stayed in would simply just book me a taxi with the extra charges, but gave personalized service which I feel is very much needed in the hotel industry. Thanks

have stayed in hong kong quite a few times and this is the best hotel we have stayed in by far. very friendly staff, rooms are quite big for hong kong and very clean. our room had a dvd player and kitchen. tv in bedroom and in lounge area. london toiletries were amazing . breakfast was a pleasant suprise of 3 different cereals, toast , picklets, crossaunts, cakes, cherry tomatoes, corn, ham, cheese, tea, coffee and juice.location is a small walk from metro and walking distance to shops, clubs, ferries ect. supermarket next door for all your needs. and many restraunts close by. will definately stay here again. special mention to the night attendant who was fantastic and even tried to teach us a few more words of chinese excellent
Nightlife Tip:
try bar 1927 in soho. great staff and atmosphere.

It is a smal hotel, so the taxi driver struggle a bit to get there, but once I arrived, everything was almost perfect.
The location is great: close to the center, tram stop at 150 metres, Metro maybe 400 metres.
The reception personnel very polite and helpful
The room was extremely spacious and clean, very large bathroom.

this is our second stay in the same hotel within a month (we canceled our other hotel reservations). we came back because of the value and friendly staff. we again got upgraded to a suite, this time on the top floor with a great view.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is adjacent to Hollywood Street, known in the old days as antiques street. Now it is full of high priced objects d'art shop. The side streets and alleys off Hollywood still have the old trinkets which are way more interesting slices of time than the shops on Hollywood, but there is no chance anything you find there can end up being featured on Antiques Road Show.
