Inviting hotel with wonderful service

We arrived a bit early but they checked our bags so we could go exploring. They had a little plush santa for the children (one each) as we arrived on Christmas Day - nice touch. English wasn't a concern at all. We asked for assistance with destinations, transportation and restaurant recommendations - the staff went out of their way to help, printing maps, arranging taxi rides, describing walk routes to restaurants, etc. 5 min easy and entertaining walk to the MTR for access to around the city. Grocery store next door and many restaurants around. Rooms are modern and clean. Highly recommend!!

Location is 10-15 minute walk from the mtr station which is not a problem for us.
Staff is friendly, free drinks and chips at the lounge except for the Vitamin water! :))
Fun executive lounge-we were able to relax with the massage chair for free by staying for 3 nights or more.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Watch out for the Vitamin water! It will cost HKD20.

very pleasant hotel. the platinum suite has two rooms with a small kitchenette. perfect size for the 3 of us. two tv's, refrigerator, microwave oven and toaster oven. internet was included in the cost as was a basic breakfast. 4th floor reception has a small coffee area (where breakfast is served) and you can borrow books, dvd's and cd's. it also has a small theatre room available for guests. there is also a small balcony. the staff were just fantastic, very friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble. we would definitely stay here again. location was great, you could walk to queens road central in about 15-20 minutes (strolling). very convenient to soho and lang kwai fong. all in all a great little hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ocean Park - better than Disneyland! A fun day out for the whole family. Also the Science Museum is very hands on and great fun for all the family.

we love our stay in lbp hotel and the free breakfast is a plus and the hotel staff is very accommodating especially cora and the her assistant...their hospitality is infectious and it makes the chinese staff became hospitable too...the hotel is so clean and i love the best & pillows, it so soft and smell so clean...i'll be back again lbp...

Modern Hotel

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel LBP last month and
we enjoyed our stay at the sheungwan area. Hotel LBP upgraded our room to a business suite and we were very happy with the suite. It had complimentary water, coffee and even drinks for us to take. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed. We chose Hotel LBP at the sheungwan area because it is just located a few steps from my other daughter's condominium. Its just that the hotel is far from the MTR station, but very close to the tram ride, about 3 minute walk down to the tram.

We stayed there for a night. The hotel staff greeted us with a smile.
We told them that we had to check out at 3.30am and they even offered us a call to wake us up. After that, one of the staff even called us at our room to clarify with us what we had to check out at 3.30am when our flight was 7.00am (We only briefly mentioned to them about the flight being 7.00am, and they actually took notice of it).
Didn't get to eat breakfast at the minibar and learn that they provide free soft drinks too!
The hotel is very clean. However, the water from the tap is not drinkable. As a result, we had to make coffee from the minibar (level 4).
When we wanted to make our coffee, the staff even offered to make it for us. We appreciate the offer but it made us a little bit uncomfortable because the staff would offer to make us coffee whenever we wanted to drink coffee (We could make the coffee ourselves).
