The staff were super helpful, especially because i was traveling with an 8 month old! Kept us covered under a large umbrella from the entry door to a cab, went out of their way in the rain to check if a wine shop was open when i needed to bring a gift to dinner, the room was very spacious and super pretty! The bathroom was good- very large bathtub! Free internet would have been a plus!

My son and I had a wonderful time there. It's very conveniently located in the Central area. All the places that we need to go are all within walkable distance. Breakfast was on the top of the building where you can see beautiful HK city view from the terrace.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk was helpful, the security guards were giving us the feel of security within the hotel premises. Hard Rock Cafe HK was just down stair.
Definitely worth the value of your money.

Room was geat. Some confusion re upgrade, we thought was free but was charged at extra per day. Also an instruction at reception was totally ignored causing me some embarassment with my relatives.
When discussed with reception he starts talking to me.. "Hey man.. calm down...". Guests are customers not street urchins.
So good hotel, but reception need to prune their staff a little.

highly recommend hotel lkf for its perfect location in the heart of the central and sheung wan districts, making all business, entertainment and shopping areas easily accessible by foot. a trendy hotel without being overly stuffy. the room was also practical and well-appointed.

Great hotel, very helpful staff and nice rooms. Location is very central but very noisey until 4.00am with the music from Lan Kwai Fong and surrounding bars. Suggest ear plugs if you are to stay here!

This hotel is not good for elders. The road is very hilly with lots of up and down, my mom (60+ yrs old) cannot even come out of the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
This should be good if you are big for nightlife and shopping.

Hotel's location is right smack where all the restaurants and bars are. If your room is too near ground level it would be noisy but if its too near the top floor you'll be affected by its very happening rooftop bar as well! Trick is to request for a room away from noise from the streets as well as the hotel bar and leave it to the staff to give you a good floor. Excellent decor spacious room very comfortable and clean! Would definitely stay there again but without the kids!
