I left my mobile phone on the cab when I arrived the hotel. The assistant manager on duty was Marcus Ho. He helped me retrieve it by contacting HK police and report the incident. The staff service was excellent as he gave me updates on the development of my missing phone.

I booked for a non-smoking room however I was booked on a smoking floor.

I liked the staff service in the hotel. They were very attentive to my needs and delivered on what they agree to deliver. The facilities are okay nothing spectacular but it is functional and is fair on the rate that you pay. I would recommend this hotel to people who would want to have value for money. Nothing to spectacular or fancy but place is clean and staff is attentive.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The place is close to the MTR station... just walk towards the Shangri-La hotel.
