overall, very good location, staff very helpful and friendly. Should have free internet, either wifi or broadband, for people to be able to conduct business properly.
General condition of hotel , very good. I was upgraded to a larger room which was a nice touch on the part of the front desk staff.

We were upgraded to the executive suites on the last 2 floors and had free drinks and snacks all day while staying at the lounge. It is also possible to use the gym or go swimming at the rooftop pool. The breakfast was very good and the location in Kowloon excellent! All in all it is well worth the few extra HKD that you pay for it compared to some of the cheaper options in Kowloon.

Never miss with the NIkko
Best location in Tsim Shat Tsui, with the most comfortable rooms. Great bathrooms, too.

I oove to stay at this hotel while in Hong Kong. It feels like a second hom eto me, and is so centrally located to the areas I need to visit. I will continue to stay here as long as the price stays fair.

The Nikko is a well located hotel, very near to Tsim Sha Tsui but in a quieter neighborhood with a good view over the harbor. It is 5/10 minutes walking distance to both the Hung Hom rail station and the Tsim Sha Shui station. It is clean with good gym facilities and a small pool but with a great rooftop view of the city and harbor. Even though I booked a standard room, I was checked in at the Nikko Lounge and offered an executive package with breakfast, internet. I was glad I did it because the rate was still lower than the next door competitors (Intercon and Shangri-la) but I was able to use the lounge with an excellent view with nice complementary snacks and drinks. Only downside, staff at the well-stocked buffet breakfast was rather unfriendly. Otherwise, however staff at the hotel very professional and helpful. Thank you!

The VIP lounge has a great view.

Need to train the staffs to be polite and smile. Some of the staff neither smile nor acknowledge your presence. Some don't even answer back when asked a question. Some staff are very friendly and understand the English language. Some could care less if anyone ever stay at the hotel again.

the nikko is in an excellent location in tsim sha tsui. i had a very comfortable stay there, and the value for money was excellent. i will definitely stay there again on a future business trip.

Good location for shopping and nightlife. Excellent facilities. Big firm bed and pillows gave a good night sleep.

This is the best hotel we have used in Hong Kong and is excellent value for money.
The room size and comfort of each room really provides an excellent haven to relax and recover from a days shopping.
