Great location
Great view
Great price This is the first time i stay at HK Nikko hotel. Booking through Agoda, i got great price for the hotel room. The hotel location is great, convient to all shopping. Great to walking along the harbour and great view. I was lucky and get to see the lightings that was put up on the buildings. Many choices of restaurants near by. very decent size of room. Agoda provided me what i requested for. thanks.

Classical japanese quality service. Staff very attentive and all needs were taken care of immediately. Very good waterfront location in Kowloon. Large flat screen TV (42"). All type of complimentary toiletries that you can imagine. Very good gym and outside pool. The general decor of the hotel is late 80s´, but it is very clean and kept in tip top condition. Actually it is a "fresh" change from modern mass produced, all look alike minimalist hotels (which I do like) where you do not know if you are in Stockholm, Buenos Aires or Miami. I remember Nikko well because of this trait. Worth spending a little extra and book a room in the Nikko floors. You will get more than your money back. For ex. enjoy separate/personal check in and all travel needs/requests will be taken care of flawlessly. High quality snacks and drinks (including French champagne) available all day long. If you are not interested in a Japanese breakfast and can live without your scrambled eggs, this is also the place to have it, since the atmosphere and service is more relaxed than in cafe Serena. It was efficient and correct, but too rushed!. It is also included. The coffee was really first class! Closet metro station is 2 minutes walk, very convenient for the train station to mainland China (Huang Hom) or Star ferry terminal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can see the light show (20.00 hs) directly from your room/lounge. No need to go to the Peninsula for overpriced drinks.

good location and excellent bathroom happy with the location, star rating and generally all aspects of the hotel. Bathroom was roomy and in new condition and there was a large quality television in the room. No free and quite expensive internet. Bathrobe included and quick service on delivery of ice. small bar in lobby for a glass of win ewas handy.

roomy comfort room... the shower is separated from the tub which is a plus, however there was the scent of cigarette smoke leaking into my comfort room from another room. poor exhaust i guess... i had to wait for hours to be checked in because the room wasn't ready. i was also charged internet usage but i never did get to connect because there was a problem with the modem or something. (good thing they did not make me pay after a lengthy discussion with the front desk) the hotel doesn't deserve a 5 star rating... I would say 3 stars or 3.5 at the most. If not for the roomy restroom i wouldn't find anything else nice to say.
Restaurant Tip : theres so much nice local fast food to be found... just walk right across theres a nice 24 hr. noodle place, or just take a few meters walk behind the hotel fronting the river, lot's of good restaurants.

Nikko Hotel always has its standard irregardless of which country we go. Nikko Hotel in Hong Kong is suitable for businessman like me and it is located strategically where is conveninent for me to go anywhere. The staff in the Hotel is also very friendly. Transportation like taxi is not a problem and they also have shuttle bus to the airport.

the hotel are ok clean and nice location is old and the hifi dont work the hotel are old in nice location the wifi dont work you must be conected by wire no coffe shop for fast breakfast or any small store for a softdrink the view for business center is amazing

Good location and reasonable prices Without Free inroom wifi connection.
Hotel is a bit old IT is a good 5 stars hotel with reasonable price and convience location, hotel is a bit off in deco but I guess it is part of the reason they offer cheaper then other in the same grade.
I don,t mind to return this hotel next time, if they learn like the other hotel with providing inroom free wifi which make more easlier for business traveller, should be even better attaction.

I like this hotel, reasonable prices with good sizes rooom, facility is also good enough, but hotel have been builded for quiet sometimes, you see some area is getting off, if they can renovate it would be definite perfect. Also consider provide inroom free wifi internet connect is the updated trandy.
Travel tip : Consider provide free inroom internet connection like other boutique hotel.

Well....the front desk need me to presnet the agent invoice to complete the transaction, keep psuhing me to get this done in the front desk and the business center. While i'm just getting exhasuted after the long trip and they still kepp psuhing and pushing....getting very upset with that kindof so called 5 star customer service

My room without half seaview, lovely, it is a bit old, but acceptable, I guess it should be renovate to complete with others. General speaking, it is a good hotel, staff is helpful and nice. Also prices is fair enough, if I got chance will stay in this hotel again.
If they can provide inroom wifi or internet connection would be perfect.

Spacious, Location and View... Love this hotel..totally worth the money you spend. Room is sooo clean and spacious, like the decoration and soft furniture...all details are just great and confortable. Location is great, it's 5mins walk to MTR station and have great view to the sea. It's also only 10 mins walking distance to the walk of fame and see the laser show by the bay.
Restaurant Tip : Many good and big restaurant around the hotel. The Outback steak is 3 mins away...

i like the wide window with a beautiful harbour view of hongkong. the room is not big, but the bath room is so good. the bedroom is not big for the standard of 5 stars hotel and also we have to pay for the internet facility. I go there for my honeymoon with my husband. I want a special moment in hongkong, thats why Im looking a hotel that have harbour view there. then my decision is nikko hotel.
But very unlucky, 3 days in hongkong is rainy day, so we just spent all day in the hotel room.
The minus point is the room don't have internet facility for free.

Efficient services. Pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere..Highly recommended. The rooms are standard as well as the bathrooms. Pleasant atmosphere welcomed us upon our arrival at the hotel. The Duty Officer who checked us in was very helpfull and efficient. The Hotel Concierge gave us very good recommendation on places to go to for shopping and dining. We checked those eating places and found them very enjoyable. We even went back again the following night.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide selection of food, hot and cold, to choose from. The wide selection of fruit available is simply very impressive. The service was efficient and coffee was good.
Housekeeping service is very efficient as well as very helpful. it is always nice to come back to a clean and tidy room after a whole day of walking and shopping..everything is always as it should be..

Efficient services, centrally located Standard rooms and standard bathrooms.. Welcoming staff upon our arrival at the hotel gave us pleasant feeling after a long trip. We had a toddler travelling with us, hence efficient service when we checked in upon arrival was very much appreciated. The Hotel Concierge was very helpful with tips on restaurants to go to for excellent food. We checked them out and found them very nice.
The Hotel is centrally located which is another plus point..we could just wander around the area of the hotel for snacks.
