Make me shock was no wifi in my room, no bath tap and front desk staff hospitality is not valuable for 4 star compare to Japan.

It was an unpleasant stay of all the hotels that I have been before! The service of the staff is quite reluctant to answer your enquiries and they did not offer to help with the lugguages although I'm travelling with my child. The Housekeeping did not furnish with the re-fill basic items in the toilet and the drinking bar ( tea.coffee) after they have make-up the room. One occassion, when I asked the concierge for the packing boxes to pack my son new purchase toys, they offer 1 of the UPI boxes which cannot fix the purpose of packing. So, I didn't take any. But the next day, after buying some foodstuff, I requested for the UPI box again and this time ,the concierge told me that they can only provide the boxes if only I want to send by DHL.Is it ridiculous!! UPI boxes to send by DHL????? Overall, I will not stay this hotel chain again!!
