Location very convenient, Staff very helpful

Room a bit small

Overall a great hotel as it is clean and classy. Location is very convenient with food outlets around the hotel. Supermarket can be found at the building next to it at K11. MTR entrance also within 3 mins walk. The only thing is the room is a bit small for a small family with 2 children.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The supermarket at K11 building is well stock.

Detail-oriented, attentive staff.

Semi-slow elevators. Other than that, everything was great!!

Fantastic spot, great location! Generous size rooms by asian standards. The platinum option is well worth the extra cost - complimentary drinks and snacks all day, and express check in/out. Exceptional views of Victoria Harbor from the higher floors! Since the hotel is relatively new, some taxi drivers are unfamiliar with the location. Remember to show them the map on the back of your room key card if necessary.

Shopping Tip : If you are looking to shop in Kowloon, this is a centrally located hotel near everything. Don't forget to check out the little tea shop just across the street!

quite good location

the rooms are extremely small and quite old

It is satisfied. It is good if you are traveling alone because it is near the business district. But the rooms are not luxurious in comparison to other hotels within the close price range. The rooms are extremely small, not enough amenities within the rooms. There are not complementary water within the rooms, with this price, it should be provided.

Shopping Tip : good shopping area near by

Good location. Close to MTR station and Shopping areas

small lobby. Rooms are a tad smaller than other hotels.

Would like to recommend this hotel to business travelers on a budget. Good clean rooms with easy accessibility to office areas. Surrounded with good reaturant offering worldwide cusine. Walkable distance to star ferry for work in Central.

Travel tip : From Kowlloon station, take the K# bus and get off at Holiday Inn Golden mile.

Very nice view only if you are in the 24th floor and above. Near a lot of shopping malls and commercial districts.

Very small room, the photos on the internet are quite different from the reality

I stayed in Panorama for 4 nights, Gold Room, but at first I was staying in the 20th floor just seeing roof tops. When I moved to the 23rd floor the view became much better and I was able to see the harbour, the water ...etc. Hotel is quite new and rennovated but extremely busy hotel.

Travel tip : The Harbour Mall is extremely nice and needs two days. Prices there are similar to those in the street markets. There is a nice dining area next to the hotel but I can not remeber the name. You have to visit the PEAK, it is a must see.

Good location, next to TST metro station. Good place for shopping, and also some nice bars close by. Good concierge service.

It was strange that the reception was on the 2nd floor. The price was a bit too much compared to the quality I think. There are not so many restaurants close by, if you want to eat international cuisine. Taxi drivers may not know the hotel.

The overall impression of the hotel is nice. I think it's good for both business and leisure. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Price was maybe a bit too high for this kind of hotel in this area of Hong Kong. Our stay was pleasant, though the fire alarm went on on Sunday morning...The MTR exit is very close to the hotel. The hotel seems to have very good concierge service also.

Well fitted out, great views (32 Floor), Good service

Expensive Broadband in room, Very Cold in the corridors

I recently had 2 nights at the Panorama. Overall, happy with the experience and would be a return customer if I ever go back to Hong Kong. The room was nicely fitted out and very comfortable - and my room had a great view of the harbour (32F). Check in & Check out was easy with my Agoda voucher. Location is good, with good access to the MRT and nearby to Nathan Road. My main issue - and this goes for many hotels, not just this one, is that they charge such expensive rates for in-room broadband access. It surely is the biggest rip off at all these hotels.

Great location in Kowloon; walking distance to MTR, eateries, and shopping. Friendly staff, good service. Clean rooms. Reasonable price.

If you want a room with a view, be sure you are above the 16th floor.

I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong; and Hotel Panamora left me with a very positive impression. I recommend this hotel to business travelers and those on leisure as well. Great location in Kowloon. Also the hotel is walking distance to the MTR- great plus. There are many restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very clean room with good view; Sky Garden with fantastic view; sleek TV; comfy bedroom slippers; room temperate/lighting controls on both side of the bed

Small shower area; Distance to MTR; No direct access to lobby

Upon check-in,we were given a complimentary upgrade from Gold Deluxe room(US$146/night) to Platinum guestroom. I wanted a room with a nice view and I wasn't disappointed. From 27th floor, I can view the HK skyline and harbour from the floor to ceiling windows. The Sky Garden on the 40th floor promises all guests a fantastic view of HK. You can bring a drink up to relax on their nice sofas and enjoy the breeze. While the hotel is near to a MTR exit, we still have to walk a distance to get to the trains/MTR station. The hotel entrance/collection of luggage is on the ground floor and we have to take a lift to the first floor to get to the lobby. When it's busy at the gound floor, some guests did not know how to get to the lobby. The shower area is a little small for a big built person. As I female, I find it ok. The good thing is they have a bath tub which allows you to take a shower in it too. Service wise - the hotel staff ran to the main road to get a taxi for us so we almost did not need to wait.

Location is excellent. Close to MTR station and the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk

Taxi drivers dont know where the hotel is. Best to keep a hotel card or tell them to head for Mody Rd. Service levels are average. Rhombus floor food choice is limited. Platinum room is smaller than Gold.

I have stayed at hotel Panorama on four occasions. This time we decided to upgrade to stay in a Platinum room having always stayed in superior deluxe. We were very disappointed with the room and immediately requested a downgrade in rooms. No refund of the difference and then charged for a late check-out even though this was requested earlier. Stay in Superior Gold as it is better value and save your money on the room and breakfast/club lounge and enjoy some of the local foods just outside your door.

Nightlife Tip : Plenty of great bars around the corner for a great evening drink.

Views from the highest floors. Restaurant for breakfast was fantastic with its views. The food was reasonably good.

The foyer of the hotel was small and not that customer friendly. This hotel is mainly for a night stay and not so much about staying there during the day.

The hotel suited our purposes because we had one of the higher floors and had a great view across the Hong Kong harbour. It was fantastic and worth the extra money if you can get the view from your hotel. I would stay again in the higher floor, the room was clean and the staff reasonably helpful.

Hotel Feature Tip : The views on the higher floors was fantastic.

Location is great. Nice amount of storage in the room and bathroom. Room safe that's big enough for a laptop. Friendly staff that speak many languages. Non-smoking floors.

The doors that connect rooms don't block sound very well. Not a problem unless you have a screaming child next door.

The location of Hotel Panorama is absolutely amazing! It's only a 1 to 2 minute walk from the subway (Tsuen Wan Line and East Rail Line) and 10 minutes from the Star Ferry. It's right around the corner from many restaurants and bars and only minutes from shopping on Nathan Street. The beds are pretty firm and the standard room is a little small, but still perfectly comfortable for 2 people (there was quite a bit of storage in the room and bathroom). The shower was a little cramped, but the height of the shower head is adjustable. So tall people shouldn't have to duck. We only ate breakfast at the hotel on our last day, but it was tastey (although pretty expensive). I wouldn't recommend trying to get to the hotel from the airport using the subway unless you are familiar with all of the exits (not stops, but the actual exits from the subway station) since the hotel is in a bit of a confusing spot. Once you get used to the area, it's easy to find your way around. So you could take the subway from the hotel to the airport with little trouble. But beware of traveling with luggage during rush hour. It's very crowded and there's not much room for anything except people! Also, there's quite a bit of walking in between rail lines, so be prepared to carry your stuff for a while. I would definitely stay at Hotel Panorama again and recommend it to anyone.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get an Octopus card so you can travel on public transportation easily. You can pick one up at any customer service desk in the subway.

Service, location and staff were all very good.

Rooms felt old and resturant was not so good.

Had very high expectations on this hotel since I’ve had friends stay there recently (actually that's the reason I booked this hotel). The staff was friendly, hotel overall looked nice but again my expectations were way too high. I do think that there are better hotels for the same price but if location is important to you this hotel is still worth a visit.
