location is perfect. right in the hear of tsim sha tsui. easy access to mtr, shopping and restaurants.

this is a nice looking hotel with a modern appearance and updated amenities. i upgraded to an executive level room with harbor view. i also had access to the lounge on the 39th floor.
the complimentary assortment food and alcoholic as well as non alcoholic beverages was decent. no premium alcohols. but that is normal unless you are at a premium 5 star hotel.
the room was nice and modern. comfortable with an excellent view of the hk island. the bathroom by comparison was average. not bad, but not of the same quality level of the room.
my package included breakfast. this was mediocre. the same fare everyday. scramble eggs, dim sum, hash browns, baked beans, congee, fresh fruit, indian basmati rice and lentls. same everyday. no custom eggs. the service was without finesse. the lady security guard who stands by the elevators was kind of rude. service in the dining area was not bad.
this is a nice looking hotel. looks swanky, but the management and staff seemed a bit old school. in other words they modern swanky hotel that they are trying to be does not reconcile with the quality of staff.
i may stay again if the price is right. they are pretty expensive.

when i first checked in, i was a bit disappointed with the size of the room, it was smaller than i anticipated, that i requested for a change. food for breakfast is very limited - you have to request for 'eggs'. wifi is available for free though.
room is ok and the bed is comfortable.
location wise is ok, you can actually walk to the malls etc. staff are courteous, but most of them do not speak english.
