Pleasant stay for travellers on a budget
free wifi in room, close to Jordan MTR station

A budget hostel with sufficient for basic needs. It consists of a number of rooms in a building, so the lifts are shared with non-guests. Probably not recommended for single female travellers.
The staff were friendly, and helped store and move my luggage to my rooms as I had arrived before check-in time.
Despite being close to the busy Nathan Road, it wasn't too noisy at night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Temple Street Market is just around the corner, and Jordan station is 5 mins walk, giving easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui (with nightview of Victoria Harbour) and to Hong Kong island.

nice place for those familiar with hk guesthouses
great location, cheap price

if you've never stayed at a hong kong guesthouse, book a hotel instead.
my hung fai guesthouse experience: enter industrial building. odd-floor lift busy with workmen loading carts of industrial equipment. even-floor lift, stairwell covered with dirt and full of debris. arrive at hfgh: scowls by non-english-speaking woman. show agoda receipt, she calls manager. mgr polite, gives key to scowling woman, back to filthy staircase, down to 12th floor. newly renovated room is on 12/f, no markings whatsoever. keycard slot activates electricity in small room. tiny bathroom, decent bed, plastic stool, folding table--she gave me a single small towel and a toothbrush.
place has wifi, is secure and everything works (don't forget to turn on water heater if you don't want a cold shower). luckily i didn't need to sleep late as jackhammering above started at 09:45.
if you're not used to hk guesthouses, book a hotel. many travelers would find this place inadequate. it was fine for me for a single night.

1 - No natural light
2 - Shower in toilet with no proper drainage
3 - Racist old ladies playing cards and not letting me sleep.
4 - Dodgy location with security warnings in the elevator

黄金地段，下楼就是商业旺地，适合到港购物。有wifi，但时连上时断。。

该酒店位于油麻地，附近就是逛街的地方，而且离地铁站也就大概五分钟路程，实在很方便。该路段附近，满是这种家庭式的小旅店，其实环境都差不多，这间还算干净，再来入住的机会很大。
