I love staying at the Hyatt, it is like a home away from home. The staff is friendly and helpful and the check in and check out times are always so flexible. I stay here regularly.

Great location
The view was amazing, the rooms were spacious and great service.

we definitely enjoyed our stay the hyatt. the breakfast and drinks with canapes in the evening were delicious. we were right beside the university subway station which made travelling throughout the city easy.
if breakfast is not include in your package, you can upgrade for around (for 2) to have breakfast and unlimited drinks(basic cocktails,wine,beer) and appetizers between 5pm-9pm. the food was great and plentiful so we thought it was a great deal.
we would definitely recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
For Western Canadians needing a taste from home, there is White Spot (call Triple O's) at the lower level at the new Sha Tin Mall. Easily accessed by the subway.

location is not so good but room is good

hotel located in University train station in NT, kind of a country side location. However the train station is just beside the hotel which takes around 30 mins to reach TST.
Room is comparative large in HK hotel standard. Beware there is nothing to eat aruond the hotel area.

Their rooms is comfort. It's good that not much people around this hotel.
You will find a big shopping mall if you take train to sha tin. So it's good location as well.
7-11 is nearby the hotel as well.

I stayed for the second time for just 1 night. The experience was fantastic once more. This hotel has good service, excellent rooms, what more, very affordable price for such a branded name. The location may not be great but who cares if the bus ternminal and MTR station just beside. If you are not in a rush, not for shopping, this hotel is just for you. Stay here and you will not regret

Excellent hotel in a nice quiet location

The room was excellent - very spacious 5 star, clean and with a most scenic view. We even got an upgrade since the hotel was quite full and our flight arrived quite late in the evening. The staff were very professional and helpful. I was looking to do an errand in a bank and the concierge extended full help to locate the nearest most accessible one for me. The room amenities were fantastic. This is probably one of the best hotels that I ever stayed in Hong Kong and certainly will stay there again if we have a chance. It is far away from the crowded city center yet near enough to the train that can take you all over the islands. The hotel also provide free shuttles to the airport express stations.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is situated a few meters from the University Station of the MTR, a few stops and you will be at the Shatin or Kowloon Tong stations were each is connected to shopping malls. Longer

Good value for Money; Worth the Extra Travel!
5 Star Hotel at a very good price. Very accessible via MTR despite the distance.

The check-in process was very efficient with bright young people manning the front desk. The rooms (we booked 2) are well lit and very spacious compared to hotels in Kowloon and Central. Love the bathroom with the bath tub and separate shower areas. Very modern and comfy rooms. 5 star hotel at a very good price.
A bit far from downtown HongKong but very much worth it! Even before we booked the hotel, we know that it would take around 20-30 minutes travel time but we did not noticed the time as the travel via MTR was fast and convenient. The ride via hotel shuttle was likewise smooth and quick.
Will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Agoda for the up-to-date customers' feedback/review on hotels. Really appreciate this as the reviews have been our reference in selecting and booking hotels thru the internet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take hotel shuttle to get to Tsim Sha Tsui but on the return, MTR is the better choice since one can go back to the hotel as late as 12 midnight.
