as for such price i was a bit dissapointed. location of hotel in new territories. it is hkd by taxi. hotel does not provide free shuttle bus to center of hong kong. restaurant staff was slow. for such price location and service in not value for money.

Clean and nice hotel but location is no good
Hotel is generally clean, beddings are nice but we dont like the bed, small and weak not good for the 5star hotel

we stayed in harbor view room. room is clean, and nice but beds are small and weak. room is not so big as expected but the c.r is big. we don't like the location because it takes more than 30 minutes to ride the free shuttle in going to downtown where is the usual pick up station of the tour guide. there is no restaurants nearby for us to take our meals.location is 1hour away by train in 4 transfers in going to disneyland. in our ocean park tour, we need to go downtown is shimshatsui where the usual pick up. i will not recommend to my friends who wish to tour in hongkong
Restaurant Tip:
There is restaurant in the hotel but expensive so we take our meals , we go to downtown, 30 minutes ride and look for restaurant there.

Great decent sized room. Clean. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Cleanliness is excellent.

Helpful and friendly staff.
Location might be a little out of reach. But with MTR 3 minutes away getting into town is of no hassle.
Shuttle bus frequency could have been increased.
Complimentary wi-fi would be a plus point.
But overall it was a pleasant stay

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff
Pool, breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hyatt. We made use of the sporting facilities. Lovely relaxing pool area, well equipped gym and we were able to play tennis and hired the hotel rackets (we forgot ours).
The buffet breakfast were great!
The only slightly disappointing bit was the size of the rooms.

my trip was for busniness. i was there for 3 days. the hotel is very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the only thing bad about the place is its location. nothing around the hotel, no restaurants,no shops near by. they do provides a free shuttle so you will spend hours commuting.

it was good, but they are expensive for eating, internet is not free, and they charge too much, the smallest hotel in china provide thsi service free, like they asked for one hour and for 24 hours, what it cost them to give this service, it is a complement, but in these days it is a necessity.
