Very good service, clean new rooms, convenient.

Efficient, courteous and cheerful service. Clean, new, good sized rooms. Nice modern gym which opens 24/7, so I could get my exercise even after coming back late. Small swimming pool. Reasonably fast and free in-room wifi. MTR entrance right outside hotel door (although the actual train platforms - TST and EastTST - are a good 10-minute walk away. The train from airport ends at Kowloon station and a free shuttle took us directly to the hotel, saving taxi fare and the effort of lugging our luggage around! The harbour is a 15-minute walk away so its quite convenient getting around. Breakfast buffet was so so although the Saturday night dinner buffet was very good and worth the money. There are many eating shops nearby so food not a problem even late at night.

A warm welcome at the very moment I step out my cab.
Reception was professional and efficient. No time wasted and I was able to proceed with my affairs. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. The room has a good view. The hotel is relatively new and centrally located. Overall. we enjoyed our stay.

Of check in. We were upgraded to club suite for free. It's a great room overlooking the harbor, very spacious.
The location is very convenient, mrt exit right across, shoping malls around. Since at tsim sha tsui, it is few stops away from central, or shopping streets such as sham shui po, mon kok, etc.
Shopping Tip:
Visit sham shui po for clothing bargains. At k11 (the mall which hyatt resides) there is a restaurant called empire city- nice peking duck. Down at the ground floor there is a yogurt shop thats always busy- try it out. Great company for hong kong hot weather in summer.

we are very satisfied stayed at Hyatt Regency Hotel. All staffs are very helpful. Hotel connected to MTR station in B2 floor and K11 Art shopping mall. you can easily find any kind of food in K11 and hotel surrounding.
