we felt surprise the staff told that we need to take it by ourselves !
where is the service knowledge those hotel?
Nightlife Tip:
can be walking down around 10 mins to visit Central Lan Kwai Long for the famous night club area from the hotel .

Great location but small room

It's a good hotel. Have been upgraded to harbour view which is excellent. Accessories inside the room can be further improved. Housekeeping service hotline can be attended by frontdesk if there is no one attending and not just go into the voice mail box.

Poor front desk service.
Cheap, easy to get to the airport.

It was the cheapest hotel that looks liveable that I could find around the lunar new year holiday.
One of the front desk staff was not paying attention to details.
Needs to walk quite far or catch the tram to Central to shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Dried seafood street next to the hotel.

Nice hotel with lovely view

We booked a double room with city view and was appreciated when they upgraded us to a harbor view. Hotel was quite a distance from Sheung Wan MTR but there is a tram right outside the hotel and it can take you to train stations nearby. The hotel is relatively new and the room is spotless equipped with essential items.

Great location, nice walk to central from here, The bus to airport is just near by!

Great location, about 15-20 mins to central! You can walk to central through the hollywood street which is just near by, and along the street there are some gallerys and interesting stores. We got the higher floor and big room with big window, and cost about 120USD without breakfast. The price is still okay if you comparing other hotels near central.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Central-Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System! Along this walkway there are lots of shops and restaurants!

i'd go back to ibis again. i was so impressed with their facilities and customer services. great!!
Shopping Tip:
They should have massage and spa built in the hotel as there are thousands of visitors going to Hongkong for shopping and have a long walk all day long.

We were greeted by a very friendly door service then led to the 5th floor for the check-in.
The reception is very bright and efficient. Staff attitude is great. Receptionist reminded us that we can get a sweet deal with breakfast thrown in but we kind refused.
We had a very pleasant stay thorough-out.

I had no idea where to go when I walked in and there's little signage on the outside of the hotel. You must go to the 5th floor to the reception desk. I stayed on the 29th floor and had a million dollar view of the harbour. I never wanted to go outside, I only wanted to sit and watch the harbour traffic. Breakfast is expensive, didn't go for it.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the Macau ferry terminal and same to Sheung Wan MTR station. There's a tram (the ding-ding) that goes right out front of the hotel though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Why not start a trip on the tram here?
