5 star for service but 1 star for smoke scented rm

first impression was not good. Got overrun by a group of loud chinese tourist in the lift lobby area. Then was given a room that's got a strong cigarette smell, after switching 2 rooms did they manage to find a rm that is smoke free. Overall staff services were exceptional and very attentive.

Overall the hotel is very clean and quiet. However it's a bit far to the MRT
Station, will b difficult for old travellers n kids. Access to wifi is rather troublesome as we have to re-login each time to stay connected .

Budgeted hotel with good location and nice room

Although booked at peak rate, we are upgraded to large room with harbor view. The design of the room is good which utilized the harbor view with long writing desk.
