This hotels sucks,rooms and bed are terribly small

Overall bad. Agoda booking system was not clear to mark the price only for double bed room. I make request upfront and the staff asked me to pay extra HK$ 198 to so call upgrade to twin bed. Same small room size, beds are 30 inches in width

Enjoyable View
View of the Harbour, Quiet, Clean.
Staff service was great, the staff helped provided a travel adaptor and wine glasses when requested (we felt bad asking for the wine glasses late at night). The staff brought it to us with a smile (Dou Ze Nei!) There are several good eateries around, Kung Fu Dimsum, Tim Ho Wan. There is also a supermarket nearby. Be sure to exit at A1 for faster access to Hotel. The only thing that could be improved would be the hotel lifts. There are only 2, and they are small and slow, kind of jam up in the morning.

Nice and affordable
Clean. Comfort. Close to MTR
Booked 2 rooms and stayed for 7 nights on the 11th floor. Everything was good except for the noise coming from tour groups , yelling from one side if the hallway to another. They checked in late at night and checked out really early the next morning. I've also had people knocking on our door countless time during our 7 nights because the guests didn't know how to get the door to open using the access card. If you plan to stay at this hotel, ask to stay on the floor with no group tour guests! To ibis north point , maybe try to allocate specific floors for your tour groups.

A Hotel good for Bussiness traveller
Good Location, Easy Dinning, Easy travel
We travel HK many time and always stay Ibis Northpoint because it has a good location, it the end of bus line direct to Airport, only few steps to MRT, many restaurant around so we can enjoy food all day

I won't recommend friends to stay
good location, good view
I got a good deal from Agoda, but my meeting got cancelled after my booking. I had to leave HK earlier and couldn't check in or refund. So I had my friend to stay the hotel for me with my old passport and Credit card. I hope them to enjoy the room and view for me. But the front desk didn't allow them to do so. I think this is really unfriendly and paranoid. How could I recommend my friends to stay this hotel. This is very embarrassing.
