Convenient
the location is perfect, very close to the MTR station and tram station. The room is not very clean to me but with this price I think acceptable. The cheap price is attractive.
6.7
Choosing this hotel is mainly because of location and price. Acceptable.

Good budget hotel, no frills, comfortable
7.7
This is a no frills hotel. It delivers what it advertises, and does so well. But don't expect more.

Clean, small, stingy
Clean, rooms with ocean view, free wifi in all rooms
6.7
My stay was quite good, but they gave me a smoking room while i already put in my reservation for a non smoking room.
The bed was hard, the pillow made me had neck-ache.
No complimentary water.
If you want to watch movie on tv, you have to pay more as an additional cost.
The things that made me happy was only the clean room, free wifi, and the ocean view.

good stay at this hotel
good location, easy access to public transportation, good neighorhood
6.7
The services and staffs were stillgood. But i got serious problem with air-condition's noise. They use air-condition for each room, not for the entire building, so you always hear noise from old air-condition of your neighbors' room.

Good for a short stay and centrally-located
Steps from North Point MRT, clean room, large working desk
5.7
I enjoyed my stay here. I have to complain about the bed though. It was just so hard that I found it hard to sleep on. I do not understand what type of bed was being chosen, but this was definitely one of the hardest I have ever had. The pillows were terrible as well. I checked out with stiff neck. Besides, the check-in personnel were limited to only two persons while they have so many guests. So check-in can take quite a while. The staff did not pay attention to the request mentioned in the booking voucher. I asked for a non-smoking room, but he gave me a terrible smoking room. Fortunately, it was replaced already. I think if you just want to have a cheap and clean accommodation on Hong Kong island, this hotel is okay. However, if I had to do business travel, I would not really choose this hotel because its uncomfortable bed.

Great location in North Point
Right next to North Point MTR, clean quiet room
8.7
This is a typical clean, comfortable but no-frills Ibis Hotel like one encounters in Europe. My room was very small (only a little room around the bed), but this is typical for Hong Kong. The bed was very comfortable and my room was quiet, despite the hotel being full.
I enjoyed being in the heart of the interesting North Point neighbourhood -- think street markets and lots of Hong Kong-style snack restaurants. The MTR (subway) was about 30 seconds away.
