Location, accessibility, value for money. Icky smell of the room, i guess it's the carpet.
Bed was really hard. Location is excellent, right at the center of shopping district and restaurants, and the hotel is highly accessible to MTR (exit is just across the street) and Airport bus (about 50m from Haiphong bus stop). The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. Room and restroom is clean. Good value for money. Overall i would recommend this hotel...

Good location, reasonable price Rooms very small and no heater (only air-con) The location is good, near to MTR, ferry terminal and lots of shopping nearby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. But the room is a bit small and they only have air-con in the room, that week that we went Hong Kong was having its coldest weather of the year (average 6 to 10oC) and yet there is no heater in the room so we were freezing in the room. Not much good food around that area, we went to one roasted duck shop nearby, taste of the food was so bad that we ended up eating instant noodles in the room.
Shopping Tip : Level 3 of The building two blocks away from Imperior Hotel has lots cheap and nice fashion stuffs as well as area around Carnarvon road and Fa Yuen street.

Location! Location! Location! Rooms are a little cramped. But you'll spend all day walking around H.K. anyway. Went to H.K. with a couple of my friends. After a lot of research and web browsing we decided to stay at the Imperial Hotel along Nathan. That in itself would be one of this hotel's selling points. It's along Nathan. It's just across the street from a train station. The rooms were a little cramped, but comfortable none the less. As an added bonus, there's an Irish pub just downstairs from the hotel, and a newly opened Japanese restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
