Best location in TST
Free upgrade to deluxe room, convenient location, quiet

The bus from the airport (A21) stops right outside this hotel. MRT station right there too. It is a very basic function hotel, so for the price, it was just fine. BUT no free breakfast, no free wifi (you have to pay for it, and it doesn't reach the room)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just down the street is the camera center which is a haven for vintage / film cameras!

Great Location. Bad Service.
near mtr station. plenty of food and shopping choices.

hotel has super bad service. lift is very slow. rooms are pretty small. but location wise, fantastic. mtr station is right across the road, near shopping malls and eateries.

cool hotel, but the size really does matter

Travel with old parents... Apparently things r cool evrything goes fine..
But till the time we checked in... Unfortunately staff told us they can only get a room
For 5of us... While the other room need to wait for bout an hour..
Anyway the receptions r always ready to help especially to tourist.
Rooms were clean. Bathroom were all well ready but the space were really small.
Travel tip:
Try their public transport
As all of their transport really convenient n reasonable price.
Food r all up to par but below my own personal expectation.

Location is good, Just opposite TST MTR Exit E, Service is Awesome

The hotel is pretty good, somewhat above my expectation for a hotel located so near a TST MTR. Hotel staff are pretty polite and nice. Check in and out was pretty smooth and easy.
Only disappointment is the Wifi indicated on agoda, and their website is not free, meaning you actually have to pay to use. cheapest option at for 3 continuous hours. so if you on a tight budget and need wifi, you may need to do some usage planning. it's continuous hours, meaning you can't break your usage up.
the fridge is hidden under the tv for our room, which we didn't realise until the last night.

Room is clean, staff are great.
Bags are safe when we left it for half day at concierge.

highly recommended, very near shopping. just be careful of indians selling different stuff at the sidewalk, although they are harmless. staff can speak english. rooms are small but clean. great for people who will just go shopping all day. rooms are equipped with small vault inside so
it gives us more confidence in leaving our valuables.
Shopping Tip:
Go to mongkok for great bargain

Rooms are small though you get what you paid for!! Along Nathan road, public a21 bus from airport stops in from of the hote, k21 bus stop fro airport express is just around the corner.
