Small room and beds for a De Luxe

DON'T ever believe that they would upgrade your room from Standard to De Luxe as was stated on their Promo. We were given with 2 small beds and a small room.
The room and size of beds were not the same as that on their pictures.
Carpets were dirty/dusty.
In fairness if you are looking for a place near shopping area, this Hotel is a good place.

locate right at the heart of tsim sha tsui, nearby mtr, walking distance to main attractions

- nearby mtr tsim sha tsui & east tsim sha tsui
- walking distance to hk 4 main museums / avenue of stars / the symphony of lights, etc.
- close to 7-11 , watsons, sasa(cosmetic shop), mcdonald's , huge department store.
- surrounded by best rate money exchange shops
- guestroom was clean with acceptable size
- need to ask the front desk for electric adapter plugs
- no free-wifi, have to bought a internet card which the money will be deducted continuously,non-stop even logged out, from the first sign-in.
- free instant coffee + tea + two bottle of water inside guestrooms
- boiler provided
- hairdryer kept inside dressing table drawer
- mini fridge hidden in the cupboard under tv

Very accessible but not-so-nice rooms
Hotel is near MTR stations, malls and tourist spots

the hotel is really meant for tourist who just need a place to sleep in. getting off the mtr after going around hk for hours and hours and since it's a few meters from the station, one can simply lie down on his bed and rest. no luxuries whatsoever to expect.
it was like the 3 beds were forced to fit in the room. since one avoids bumping the bed, it turns out you bump a corner of the wall

our entourage checked in at this hotel. we booked 5 rooms for our 3 nights stay in hongkong. location wise is very convenient to access the mtr. however, we did not managed to find typical local foods around the area. maybe we were looking at the wrong place. thumbs up to the housekeeping. the only set back is they need to throw away the beds. there are bed bugs in 2 of our rooms. how unfortunate.

We reached early, they were doing lots of check outs, but they didn't want to give the room to any of the guests waiting, we re quested them many times but they only see the check-in time.. And wanted to go by the rule book and wasted our day on check- in.
Rooms were small..and the bathrooms were the smallest you can ever imagine.
Smell retains in the room when u use the bathroom.
Even small guest houses in near by Chunking Mension are better.
I have been to many hotels of many countries but I have not seen a hotel and service like this.

The good location cannot compensate the old and scarry inside the room.Opposite I square near The One Department Store.
The Ootoya buffet breakfast is not good and the heck out time is ver slow.The officer is not at good service quality

second stay at this hotel.booked a standard room and got upg raded to a deluxe room.had no problems of any major issue apart from faulty security safe in room..however this was fixed immediateley.stayed 7 nights and enjoyed our time at this hotel.

we went to hongkong and stayed in imperial hotel. when we got there, we just booked 2 rooms, good thing the rooms are connecting with each other. comfortable bed and pillows, easy access to shopping malls, avenue of stars and other tourist attractions. the staffs are friendly and easy to approach with. the air condition is good and all the rooms have heater in the bathrooms. all i can say is, this hotel is affordable for all the tourist who will visit hongkong.
