the hotel staff on duty during our stay were ok except for 1 who pushed me aside while i was waiting for the elevator, when the door opened, she went in and immediately closed the elevator door on us. so rude!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is very near 2 MTR stations and just walking distance to Canton Road. The free shuttle station is also quite near! We had to request for a late checkout and they allowed it until 3pm without any questions.
Travel tip:
Just be careful when going out late at night because there are quite a number of bystanders in the ChungKing Mansion which is kind of scary.

Small room, 2 star at best

Very disappointed with the room. It was Very small with a tiny single bed. The door could not even open completely as the small desk/table in the room only allowed it to open approximately 1/3 the way. There is no way two people could have stayed in the room together with such a small bed, unless you slept one on top of the other. I barely had room for my suitcase and had to jump over it or put it on the bed if i wanted to walk to the restroom. The only window in the room was tiny and opaque so I had absolutely no view. The bathroom was also small and a bit outdated. It was about a five minute wait for the hot water to kick in, and even then I'm not so sure you could classify it as hot. Luke warm is what I would call it. Service was good and the lobby was very nice, but my room was sub-par to say it nicely. The location was superb though. If I were to return to Tsim Sha Tsui I would spend a little more and get a nicer room. This was my first time in Hong Kong and I know there are a lot of cheaper hotels in the area, but it's hard for me to believe that they could be much worse. My recommendation would be to spend more if you want a nice room, or spend less and suck it up.
Nightlife Tip:
Go to Hong Kong island if you like to party.

it's a small room for 2 adults and 1 child. staff are not so friendly. the windows are not that noise tight , you could hear the cars and bus outside .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
mrt is so useful no need to take taxi when in hongkong
