Great location near shopping places

we booked non-smoking rooms but the rooms we got were smelly with smoking. the staff were nice. great location!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near shopping areas and restaurants. it took just 10 mins walk to see the symphony of light.

I was expecting that there will be a airport-hotel transfer but unfortunately there is none, I was advised by the hotel front desk to just ride a bus and bus will stop at almost in front of the hotel which is true. There is no free wifi internet, and their wifi card is pricey.

great location was really happy to be near all the attractions/shops/eateries. double rooms are small but clean sheets/pillows. shower has glass doors and easy to use. but there are no soap and tissue paper provided. we also had a triple room when my other daughter joined me in hong kong and room with bathtub was not as satisfactory as hot/cold water mixer not user friendly. staff are generally friendly and helpful accept for the 2 who attended to us were abrupt and curt.

Hotel is in a prime location but space is limited
prime location in Tsim ShaSui right in the centre of the main shopping area

Though the hotel was refurbished only two years ago it remains very functional and is overall uninspiring in its presentation and the rooms are very small, more than one person in a room would feel very crowded. For a three star hotel situated in prime location though you probably wouldn't find anything too much better.
Shopping Tip:
Being right on Nathan road you need to watch out for the ever present street hawkers trying to sell instant tailoring and look alike roles watches

The room size was very small and the room we were given was just afte coming out of the lift was very bad. There is no room service or restaurant in the hotel. The worse is our talks in the room can be easily heard by the neighbouring toom and they bang their walls when ever are talking.

You need to pay deposit even though you have fully paid in advance.
