Great location but small rooms

The hotel was in a great location but that is about all that is good. The rooms were small, interiors were old, staff were not polite and helpful.

Poor rooms and bathrooms, noisy corridors able to hear people talking in their rooms.Very small and uncomfortable beds.

Customer service is of a level one could expect from an inner-city public administration.
Room was tiny, run-down, very dark and stank of a mix of wet dog and old suburban pub carpet.
Bathroom? was probably cleaner than it looked.
Room is actually quite noisy, which might make sense since the Imperial Hotel sits on one of the most crowded part of Nathan Road.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great location and friendly staffs
Located near MTR station and other great plcaes
7.3
Stayed with my family, friendly staff, location wise was great, near to MTR station so it was easy for us to get around. Also near to a HALAL restaurant few blocks away. Room had a weird odor but was comfortable enough to have a good night sleep.

location, location, location
the best feature of the hotel is its location
8
the best selling point of the hotel is its location. right smack at nathan road, the imperial is conveniently location close to all modes of transport - ferry, mtr, and bus. also, whether you go for the quaint, simple local eateries or prefer the best dimsum place in town, all these are just a stones throw away. hotel staff were polite and helpful. the only downside were the small rooms and beds. however, its cleanliness made up for it. bonuses were the free bottled water on your first day plus the coffe/tea maker and refrigerator.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you want to experience sailing on a chines junk, the hong kong tourist board offers an hour's ride for just hkg$100. you have to make a reservation ahead though and must present your passport upon booking. office is conveniently located at the star ferry area, kowloon side. are restriction - only from 4 to 65 years old.

we have stayed in the imperial hotel for 4 nights. it was the best location even the room is a little bit small. from the hotel you can go everywhere easily. the mtr is just opposite the hotel.it's also in the middle of tsim sha tsui where you can shop all day long. only 10 mins walk to habour city where you can take ferry to hongkong island. this is absolutely recommended
