Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The only good thing about it is the location
Location and not much else
4.7
Considering the price of the rooms, you would expect a little bit more from your stay with Imperial. The room was small and cramped and the bathroom had an old and grimy tub and shower curtain. The underside of the sheets had cigarette burns, the tub leaked, shampoo and soap was not replenished unless asked, not all of the staff speak English so there was a communication gap, the window looks out onto a dilapidated building, and housekeeping does not knock before entering. The biggest turn-off, however, was the lack of free Wifi and the $5 charge/piece to hold baggage at the front desk. The hotel is very centrally located, though. Several key shopping areas are within walking distance and it is very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR as well.

Excellent Location. Comfortable bed. Clean room. ( I was on the 10th floor )

Front Office staff not that friendly. One negative - no free wifi in room. Most hotels nowadays give free wifi but not Imperial. Also they do not return you the imprint of the credit card on checking out insisting that they need it for recording purposes. Most hotels will tear it in your presence on checking out. Hope that the F/O staff is friendlier. Other than these, the Imperial is a good hotel. Not for fussy travelers.
