Overpriced
good wifi internet connection although you have to pay for it
OK. Hotels in HK generally overpriced in my opinion. The first room on 2nd floor they gave me was smelly, and small, but fully booked. After first night they moved me to 17th floor, which was much better, however very dated. Don't let the modern lobby fool you, as soon as you step out of the elevators into the hotel floors 2-17, you are stepping into 1965.

The only good thing about it is the location
Location and not much else
Considering the price of the rooms, you would expect a little bit more from your stay with Imperial. The room was small and cramped and the bathroom had an old and grimy tub and shower curtain. The underside of the sheets had cigarette burns, the tub leaked, shampoo and soap was not replenished unless asked, not all of the staff speak English so there was a communication gap, the window looks out onto a dilapidated building, and housekeeping does not knock before entering. The biggest turn-off, however, was the lack of free Wifi and the $5 charge/piece to hold baggage at the front desk. The hotel is very centrally located, though. Several key shopping areas are within walking distance and it is very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR as well.
