I liked the cleanliness and the best of all that it was very affordable.
The interent service is not free.
I had a good experience at this hotel. Since it was right in the middle of all the amenities, I didn't had to walk too far for the trains, buses or any restaurants as well.
Nightlife Tip : This hotel is at walking distance from the harbour where you can enjoy the light sho in the night time.

Close to MTR railway station _ Tsim Sha Tsui. Located very close to the Harbour and other shopping precinct. Great location.
Room size if average - service from the Customer Service desk is poor. The hotel is noisy and very tired requires a lot of work.
The hotel is located in a very central location in Tsim Sha Tsui and within the business district of Hong Kong. Close to the Harbour and all amenities. Easy to get at from the airport within 2 mins of the airport drop off point. Hotel is old and requires a lot of work.
Shopping Tip : Night shopping is just opposite the hotel - bargain by a least one third of the asking price.

small room, sometime some rooms have bad smell
i stayed at the imperial for the third time. from my experience, just ignore the complaints or disadvantages you see in the reviews. as to the bad smell, this time i requested non bad smell room and i got a big air-refresher in my room. i dont know whether or not there was such smell in the room before, but i am happy with its condition and what they prepare for me.
if you have limited budget, this hotel is worth for what you pay in HK. it is much better than the hostel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : location is great for shopping, working and traveling. reachin mtr is just in a few minute, to the star ferry is around 10 minute.

Good location. Very near to Tsim Sha Shui MTR, so it is really accessible. Besides, it's also very near to shopping area and Hong Kong River.
The room is rather small and the room we stayed had some bad odour coming from the toilet.
The hotel location is really good. It's near to Tsim Sha Shui MTR and very easily accessible. Besides, with the new renovation, the hotel looks modern and chick. Even though the room might be quite small, the full-length window does a lot of help. So, we did not feel very cramped to stay inside our room like how we felt to stay in a guesthouse. Moreover, the reception staff are all really helpful. We asked for many directions and help from them but they never seemed frustrated or irritated to reply us at all. Last but not least, this hotel is valued for money and it does give us all the comfort that we need from a hotel!
Restaurant Tip : To experience Hong Kong morning life, try Hong Kong signature food; Dim Sum. From Imperial Hotel, walk to Carnavon Road. When you are on Carnavon Road, look for Carnavon Plaza, No. 20-20C. On the 3rd Flr, there's a Dim Sum restaurant called Tao Heung. There's also a Dim Sum restaurant on the 2nd floor as well. Both of them charge reasonably and the food is good. ;)

-Great location. It's located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui's shopping center.
-Close to MTR
-Lobby area is small. When many guesses check in, there is no space for visting.
It's suited for travellers because it's close to shopping area and MTR. Easy to access from Airport express to this hotel. I think it's the best hotel for backpack travellers.
However, this hotel is not a big hotel. The travellers who are seeking for enjoy the atmosphere in the hotel should not choose this hotel.

Best location,In & out anywhere.
Toilet too small, hardly to scratch our back.
No house-keeping,only front-desk.
We have to call for proper accessories, person of x02 such as no proper shavers, only given 1 pc.
Later we had call for @ times for soap & shampoos.
They do not provide cotton-bud & shoe-wax.

room are the worst one that I stay in Hongkong until now. It is impossible to stay in the room and take a breath. Very bad smell is available in the hotel and in the room. Rooms and environment is extremelly dirty and unclean. Hotel service quality is extremely bad and is not enough. Especially there is no committed restaurant for breakfast and place for food and beverage. It looks like cheap but I prefer to sleep on the street instead of this hotel room. It is better to stay single apartments nearby hotel at 1/4 of price. Quality is exactly same.
The worst hotel that I have stayed until now. I never chose this hotel anymore.
Nightlife Tip : there are a lot of club and street action around hotel. this is the most considerable features of hotel. But it is not for me.

Very convenient, clean and confortable
Breakfast is not worth it, not the friendliest staff, they charge 120 HKD for Wifi, which should be free as a courtesy
This hotel is a good solution to HK expensive lodging offer. It is very conveniently located about 2 blocks away from the subway Tsim Sha Tsui, which is the first stop in Kowloon from Hong Kong. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms, although small and very ordinary, are very clean, as is the rest of the room. No views at all, but the hotel is located on the very busy Nathan Rd and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops.

-location
-affordable
-friendly service
-noise from street
-wornout room
-no free internet
I stayed one night, for that purpose it was ok. Location is the best part of this hotel, subway is near and you can reach the whole city then. Room was quite small and worn out and in the morning I woke up to traffic noise from street. There is a renovation going on, maybe that will freshen up the rooms. Free wifi would have been nice, but you can go to next door irish pub or nearby kowloon park for that.
Restaurant Tip : Irish pub just next door

Good location - in the middle of Kowloon with easy assess to trains and buses.
Very small rooms, poor service and staff at the desk are not friendly or helpful.
We were in a non smoking floor however smoke smells came through the aircondition duct and was very noisy. Th room was 3m X 3M just enough for a double bed with baggage on the side (on the floor). The shower was 700 X 700 just enough for a small size kid. Bed was comfortable and enough bedding provided. Good location and that's about all for this hotel. Not sure where they got the rating from in my experience I would rate it at 3 star or less.

It's in excellent location & shopping area.
The room & lobby are small.
The location is in shopping area, nearby restaurants & sightseeing places, a few minutes walking distance to subway. The room and bathroom are clean. The Reception is nice and good service. Overall are perfect. I really enjoy shopping around the hotel. For the next trip in Hong Kong, I'll stay at Imperial Hotel again. However, I recommend everyone who plans to stay here. Don't forget to ask for a corner room which the room size is a bit bigger than normal standard room.

Located in heart of the busy shopping areas.
Conveniently located right behind the bus stop from airport and very near MRT station.
Room is a bit too small, especially with 3 beds in ours. We booked a twin room but somehow they gave us another bed free.
It is one of the nicest and clean hotels in the one of the busiest shopping areas of Hong Kong.
It is very conveniently located near bus station and underground train MRT. The best thing I like is the bus stop right in front and across the hotel which can take us directly to and from Hong Kong International airport. Also, there are many good little chinese restaurants nearby which we can eat our favorite dim sum, noodles and rice.

loc and most of all a very accommodating personnel
some personnel needs to learn how to communicate in english
On my first stay at the hotel I found that it was the right hotel for my needs. some personnel are very accommodating despite their handicap of communicatingin english. The second time around there was little bit of misunderstanding as to the kind of room that I orgered/reserved but it was attended to by one of the hotel staff the following morning and we got the right room we are expecting to get. We were completely satisfied and would like to commend all the staff for attending to the needs of their guest with politeness.
Travel tip : Location of the hotel is right at the heart of everything from shopping to sightseeing and business conference.
