good, helpful staff at hotel. price very reasonable. some strange systems, like having to buy a breakfast coupon and internet access voucher.
Shopping Tip:
Right on Nathan Road, close to Harbour City, iSquare so loads of shopping areas to explore

good...but could be better. The location is good and close to restaurants and train. Staff could be more friendlier and should replace the mattress...rather hard. Also, can replace the toilet would be great. Overall good place for budget traveller.

Great location, near the shopping center, the subway to central pier, the restaurant.
Lovely survice, the receptions and bellboys are very nice.
Some rooms are newly-decorated, clean but so small rooms and beds.

we arrived at the hotel after midnight and the reception was fully staffed and very friendly. the double room i had booked was no longer available so they upgraded up to a bigger room which was great. the check-in was quick and the reception area was quite nice

i stayed in imperial hotel for 3 nights, its so convenience!!!just walk pass the way you can find mtr station. shopping malls and restaurant nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
on nathan road, there is many restaurants, chinese, japan, indian, even fast delicious food!
