Great Location but needs hygiene
Hotel staffs were friendly, hotel lobby & rooms were clean & new. Great location, very near to MTR.
6.7
Overall, we were very happy with the hotel's staffs friendliness, clean & new lobby & rooms. But the room was not spacious & the bed a bit hard. House-keeping service was great! Everytime when we came back, the room and bed were tidy up. Guests can do their laudry on the 11th floor. Great location with the MTR station just across the road, and Airport shuttle bus-stop across the road as well. Value for money.

Imperial Hotel, HKG
Nice Location@ Tsim Sha Tsui
6.7
The hotel is located at one of the best location of Hong Kong,Tsim Sha Tsui, just few steps from subway station and easy to ride from Shuttle Bus service to Airport Express Kowloon station. If you love shopping and look for 3 star-hotel, Imperial is one of the good choice to stay in downtown of Kowloon, Hong Kong!
Shopping Tip:
Tsim Sha Tsui

Great location and near shopping centers

Hope they maintain an international cuisine restaurant so that guests can choose what food they want to eat, specially during breakfast, instead of a japanese restaurant only.

Great location and comfortable sized rooms
location is near restaurants and some hongkong tourist destinations

im with senior citizens (aged 65 and above)so to speak and we had no difficulty in commuting from the airport to the hotel because it's near or just in front of the bus station, mtr and walking distance from the ferry. the same goes for our trip to hk disneyland, mongkok and other nearby tourist spots. staff of the hotel were really helpful in giving us directions. my mom and aunt particularly liked the instant coffee being given to guests upon arrival. great value for money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The reason why we chose Imperial Hotel is primarily due to its location. A21 bus from airport to hotel will cost just about HKD35/pax. One should take advantage of the transportation which is accessible in going to other must-see places like disneyland (mtr $18.50 one way) city tour on buses just a dollar or so. For those who prefer to eat rice there are nearby restaurants who offer such and reasonably priced. There's also a 711 who offers food with rice (much cheaper) justheat in the microwave available also on the store

Only one nite stay at this hotel, but i feel great.
Because the location is near to everywhere in Tsim Sha Tsui. I will stay at this hotel next time if i visit Hong Kong again.
Shopping Tip:
Go to Mongkok and Times Square at Causeway Bay, both are great shopping paradise.

my experience staying at The Imperial Hotel
4
I was appalled by the condition of the rooms at The Imperial Hotel. The room for a single individual that I was given was extremely small (less than 100 square feet) and I could not walk to the bathroom without stumbling over my suitcase. The worst part about the room was that it smelled of smoke and urine, as if it had not been cleaned for some time. When I asked to change rooms, they were sold out of singles and the front desk would not put me up in a double room. I ended up sleeping with the door open, hoping the odors would dissipate. The next night, a single room became available. In this room, however, I was bitten by fleas and saw cockroaches running about . I killed a cockroach and showed it to the manager along with my flea bites. He was apologetic and would not refund my money. I would not recommend staying here and would avoid it at all costs.

Clean room, great location!
Great location, lots of eating and shopping places, very near to TST MTR station.
7.3
Hotel location very near many eating and shopping places. 5 minutes from TST MTR station, very convenient to get around Hong Kong. Next to Chung King Mansion, beware of touts loitering around just outside the hotel. The hotel staff that checked us in was not friendly or helpful. There was no soap in the shower, had to ask for it. Japanese restaurant buffet breakfast in the hotel has limited variety of food. about per person for guests. Better to eat at the eating houses around the hotel, cheaper and tastier.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within walikng distance to Victoria Harbour and Avenue of Stars.

Great location and amenities around hotel vicinity
friendly front desk and housekeeping staff

For that price I paid, I really do not expect five-star hotel room comfort. Acceptable for the duration but i will definitely check out other hotels on my next visit.

Great location but rooms can be musty
Great location! Near MTR, shopping districts, night markets and interesting lanes.
7
stayed for 5n and the location is great. as i use this for resting and sleeping over the night, i am not too fussy with the room size as long as it is near mtr, shops, night markets etc etc.
rooms can be a bit musty in smell and i have to turn on the ventilator inside toilet to remove the smell. no big issue but not for the fussy.
toilet is relatively clean but i did not dare to use the bath tub as there are some urgly cracks around it.
bed, pillow and a/c is comfortable enough for me. no issue with this.
