Value for the money was good. Room was small but adequate. Clean hotel and good service. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

Room size was a little small but it was acceptable. Breakfast was not included for the price I paid but the price to add it on was reasonable if I so chose.

When I booked this hotel I did not think it would be that great because I was booking based on low cost for a single night stay. While the room was a bit small, I was very pleasantly surprised in that the hotel was great in all other areas. The location could not be better if you want to be close to the harbor, Peninsula Hotel, Star Ferry to Hong Kong island, and the most popular shopping area in Kowloon. The hotel was clean and well maintained with an excellent, friendly staff.

Hotel Feature Tip : If traveling by train/subway to Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui station, follow the station exit signs to the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Go up the stairs of the exit and turn left on Nathan Road. Stay on the same side of the street as the Holiday Inn as the Imperial Hotel is just a little further down the road.

Good Location, reasonable price. Convenient & easy access to food, shopping & famous spot.

A lot of Indians outside the hotel

Overall, I will rate the hotel a "GOOD" & value for money hotel. You will not regret with the price you pay for such a good location! Give it a try!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It's very near to the harbour, Symphony of lights (Star Walk), SOGO (shopping) & MTR (Tsim Sha Chui)

convenient

smells bad, walls thin, mediocre service

reasonably priced for the location that it is in. Hotel had just undergone some sort of paint job would be my guess, so the smell in 2 different rooms was far from satisfactory. there are normally 2 lifts, but one lift broke down. The internet died on me after the first few hours, so needless to say this wasnt the luckiest of stays. Ask me if I would stay here again? Probably not, my lifestyle doesnt allow for a lot of downtime, and I would rather pay more money in the future for a nights stay.

probably one of the cleanest hotel ive been in hongkong, good location, best value for money. good airconditioning.

cant sleep during the day due to construction and housekeeping

i stayed in 10/f but it seems there was a construction in the 11/f. I dont know if its from imperial or from other hotel. You cannot sleep during the day. its good, everything stopped at night. Also, not good is housekeeping knocks in the morning around 9am to ask if there is laundry. they should just wait for calls.

Shopping Tip : its located in tsim sha tsui (did i spell it correctly?) and you can just use the MTR, I believe its from A - M already so you can immagine there is a lot of exit points. These exit points leads you to many shopping locations

great location on Nathan Rd reasonably priced.. Bus stop just in front of hotel and a short walk to star ferry. with a 7 eleven store just around the corner

No room service

Imperial hotel is situated in a great location on Nathan Rd. Hotel has had some new renovations and though rooms are small they are bright, very clean some have a liitle harbour view and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very central to all sorts of attractions. It is only a short stroll to the Star Ferry, next door to Chung King Mansions for the best exchange rates in Hong Kong and just across the road from the famous Penninsula Hotel for their famous afternoon tea. The bus stop is just outside the hotel door and you can shop till you drop on Nathan road. For those who enjoy a drink or two there is an Irish pub just next door. For those on a budget the Imperial is a great hotel in an excellent position.

Excellent location, nice lobby.

Rooms with smell when we checked-in.

Recommended Imperial Hotel for travelers who is looking for a good location hotel in Kowloon. This hotel is located at the beginning of Nathan Road, easy access to MTR and those shops and restaurants. However, the room is a bit old, small and bad smell.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just 5-10 minutes walk to New World Center and Victoria Harbour.

In the most busy shopping area of Kowloon and only ten minutes to get habour pier from the hotel by walk.

Wifi or Internet not available

This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel for my business day in Hongkong. There is an improvement at room's quality. Room's facility is getting better than before.Air conditioner and room service is really good. The only thing I still feel uncomfortable is internet service or WIFI. I can not imagine this hotel is in the center of Kowloon but WIFI and Internet service unavailable. This cause me difficult to check and sending my email and even the hotel have no business center. I hope this will be troubleshooted in the nearest future.

located right beside the main road of Nathan road i personally felt very convenience to get there especially after alighting from the bus only a short distance to get there. u won't get lost after your day.

there's foul smell in the room even u can smell it outside the corridor. picture displayed on the television not clear enough.

overall this hotel still consider a good one. It needs to get rid of the foul smell in the rooms and the corridor, maybe can provide some newspapers in the morning and change its room television that with better picture quality as mine looks like its got a bad signal. last but not least, i really like the location of Imperial Hotel that save us lots of trouble to find it. i'll still stay there the next time i visit HongKong hope to see a better improvement.

The hotel is located very central only best thing about the hotel. The room is not good.

The bedrooms are too small for a family visit.

The hotel is very central in Kowloon, but the rooms are too small. The staff is not co-operative. Very rude. I only stay in this hotel because the place is central and the hotel price is also ok.

Shopping Tip : All shopping malls and shops are very close. Walking distance.

In few words: Good value for money

Proximity to Chunking Mansions hawkers ... but it can be survived ...

Without asking for a higher floor room in advance the receptionist assured me that the room would be to my liking. And yes, I was given a room at the 16th floor with a view to the harbour. Further, when I needed help with another booking, the reception was again very friendly and helpful. With the risk of repeating what I stated before: the Imperial provided excellent quality/service/position for a very reasonable price.

Room is small but acceptable especially for the price we paid.

Overall a good stay. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Good location for shopping and eating. Easy access by MTR and buses.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking distance to the harbour.

Both Imperial & Lisboa are hospitality and responsive to customers request.

Lisboa overall designs is very 1970s, housekeeping seems not english-speaking, and honestly, not comfortable with cocottes (legal) presence.

Agoda has a list of good hotel-panel and a trustable travel-mate, fair price tags and multi-countries existence enable us to travel at peace while points accumulate-able with redemptions. It'd be better if Agoda could package with airport transfers, more competitive price tags, and broader country/district hotel coverage and update news mailer. thank you.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Imperial is a walking distance to Ave. of Star, HKG/Macau ferry harbour, DimSums, Tsimshashui subway is a hub to Central HKG (then to LanKwaiFong, Stanley Market & Repulse Bay), and Mongkok, Jordon (Australia Milk) - cost-savings and shorter travelling time.

Good location. Not much more. OK front lobby but you don't stay there. Staff was friendly enough.

Sparse accomodations, terrible decoration for the money. Could have done better for not much more in TST East (eg Ramada)

The room I was in was built down to a price, the decor (or lack of) reminds me of my old dorm room. Bed was not sturdy nor comfortable, bathroom was not entirely clean, room was small, wall was bare, steel corner trim something I expect in my basement. I heard everything going on in the next room, which we shared a window with via a dry wall. Need I say more?
