Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great location, simple hotel.

The hallways and reception area was small, as well as the disappointing bathroom. The room was spacious though. The rate was rather good considering room size & location.

No-frills Hotel with Great Location
Superior Location, relatively Clean Rooms, Great Price
8.3
nothing can probably beat the value of this hotel. the price is only around usd100-150/per night but you get one of the best locations and clean rooms. if you just don't stay/indulge too much inside hotels, then this will be the perfect hotel for you. it's right in front of mtr stations, bus stops and taxi stops. if you want to walk around the area then you may go to avenue of stars (10mins walk), hong kong's largest mall-harbor city mall (10mins walk), star ferry terminal (10mins walk). there are also a lot of small good restaurants around the area. i will always book this hotel if i am looking for a 3 to 3.5 star hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's 10mins walk from Avenue of Stars & Harbor City Mall. It's almost in front of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station.

Enjoyed the location of this hotel, but the hotel has typical HK room. : small, smelly, yellow decorative.
The staff was not so friendly|, you could get a sense that they was to busy for you. No staff to take your luggage to your room.
Even there is no free internet for the hotel guest.
I think i enjoyed this hotel only for its location and nothing else.
Shopping Tip:
Lots of shopping mall near the hotel, near mrt station .

This hotel's location is pretty good as it's truly just a walking distance from shopping malls like iSquare and even the MTR station. However, for ladies - do note that you may wanna walk quickly when passing by Chungking Mansion (a building just few metres away from Imperial Hotel) as there are many Middle-Eastern guys who may gawk at ladies (which may make ladies feel quite uncomfortable
The bed is not comfortable, the room and bathroom are not clean enough, and you can hear clearly people talking in the corridor from your room.

Great Location but small rooms
The best feature of the hotel is its location. You step out of the hotel and you are in the middle of the most fashionable shopping street with cheap and expensive eating place within a few minutes walk. The hotel is also about 5 minutes walk from the harbour, from where you get the best view of the Hong Kong Island.
8.7
I stayed for 4 nights in the hotel. The staff is polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean and was made up every day. Airconditioning was effective. As I had taken a single room, which is the cheapest available,it had no view. There was a window but with ground glass window panes. Slightly more expensive rooms have the street view.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As only jasmine tea and cofee(3in1) is provided free, people who prefer black tea/black cofee need to carry their own tea/cofee bags.Wireless internet is available for minimum of 3 hours on payment. If you want to use it for an hour or so,internet cafes are available next door.

Great Location
I chose the hotel because of its location.

Perfect location for those who want to have a taste of vibrant atmosphere of Hongkong shopping. Right next to MTR for those who need to travel to other parts of the city.
