Overpriced hotel in ordinary location
Friendly staff but very ordinary
5
honestly, this was a last resort for me. having used to live near the hotel, i know that the location is hardly central to hk but was stuck for choices. the distance in itself is not a massive problem for me as i don't mind a 25 minute walk into central, but for us$ a night you would expect something much better.
hk hotels are a rip-off anyway given the small rooms, but this was way overpriced. the room was ok (quite small, but this is to be expected in hk), but harbour view was spoiled by the numerous roads, highways and overpasses directly in front of it. staff were good though. it says it is in sheung wan, but really it is in sai ying pun which is further away from central

i loved this friendly hotel
harbour view a must!!! the higher the floor the better.......lovely food!!

we stayed her for 3nights and loved it. we booked a deluxe harbour view room and was not disappointed with the room or view! the room was spotless and very comfortable. i would recommend that you try to get a deal inclusive of breakfast as it can work out very costly if you fancy going down for some at approx £15.00 per head, there is a huge selection or english and oriental buffet, and different types of breads and plenty of fruit and cereal. The evening buffet is to die for, with a huge buffet on offer, fill your boots though at around £ 25.00 per head!!! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they really cannot do enough for you. i would wholeheartdly recommend this hotel, and although its a bit away from all the shopping areas and markets its well worth it!!!

Nice rooms and great view
Good quality rooms, wonderful view
7.3
Room was small but not uncomfortable - wouldn't have expected much more space in Hong Kong. The view from the 21st floor was amazing, and the floor to ceiling window is lovely. Well-maintained room and decent room service. Restaurant not great. For families: The neighbourhood can be daunting at first (especially with a pram!) but it is actually easy to walk down to the elevated walkways that link to Sheung Wan, Central etc. Very nice playground in the sports complex across the road. Overall, a good experience.

Hotel with good space & view
7.7
I have staying at the hotel for 2 nights, with harvour view. It's a very nice and comfortable room. It's not near train station and any shopping area. You have to catch a cab to anywhere you want to go.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
6.7
It was a short stay for me only 2 days & I'm not able to go around many places from there.
Good part
1) For those who are going to Macau this is a great location just 3-5 minutes to the turbojet ferry terminal.
You can even walk from the hotel to the terminal if you are not carrying any heavy baggage.
2) The hotel staffs service are really good, they always serve with a smile even though they don't really
Understand what we say.
Bad part
1) The rooms are really small in size. ( Even the hotel management can't help it)
2) You need to put your bags on the floors & if you do that it is more difficult to walk around.
Travel tip:
Easy to get a taxi to go around

Loved it!
Not your typical HK hotel
9
love this hotel! it is not your typically cramped bargain hk hotel! they really went all out with the linens, the high ceilings, the large windows, the lovely pool, and the wonderful hotel staff. i honestly have no complaints, especially about the hotel staff. had a last minute appointment to make and they helped coordinate my bus ride from hk island to shenzhen. would recommend to anyone!

Great Hotel but small room and a bit over priced.
Very friendly staff.. They run a great shuttle service to and from Hong kong station
7.7
although over priced, disappointingly small room and its location the hotel is surprisingly very comfortable.
the room had a great view of the sea and the turbojet ferries speeding on their way to and from macau. the hotel is very close to the ferry terminal but a fair distance away from the mtr and central but they have a very good shuttle service to and from hong kong central station which links to the airport.
the internet service is free and fast so a major plus for linking on to skype and speaking to family at home....
there are many nice small restaurants within in walking distance if you, like me prefer to sample the local cuisine.
the staff are very friendly and very eager to help.
i would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back to this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If your planning a lot of sight seeing and shopping trips..Then get yourself an Octopus Card 150 Hkg Dollars(can be re loaded with more money).. Makes getting around Hong Kong dirt cheap...Can be used on Trams, Buses and the MRT and you can even use it in all the fast food stores.

Centre of it all but not too close
Tram and bus line 80m away
8
You can get to everything from this hotel. Good location for anything you need to do.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
just walk out the door, jump on the tram and go for a ride for $2.30hkd, great value as the tram goes threw the centre of the business district and past some shopping malls.
