Nice good hotel in Hong Kong, reasonable distance

Nice good hotel. We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed daily activities. Mtr was not close from hotel, but there is shuttle regularly and also taxi.

I rated this hotel as below its stated 4 stars because I think the food doesn't live up to it. Having said that, the hotel is definitely better than 3 stars, so I'd probably give it 3.5. One nice thing is that when checking in, the receptiosnist saw we had a baby and gave us a free upgrade tp a larger room.

im never tired saying that this is my favourite hotel in hongkong. my first choice in agoda everytime im planning to hongkong is this hotel.
i know the location is not so good, but who cares? there's free shuttle bus anyway, taxi's always available in the lobby, or you can walk to sheungwan mtr like 10 minutes. hongkong is about walk and walk right?
island pacific has every 5 stars in it remembering the very valuable price. with this price you cannot get any other hotel with the same services and facilities in hongkong. the room is big, the wifi is very fast & good, there's bathtub, and what i love is the services from the bellboy and the concierge. it makes me feels like home :)
keep up the good services!!

there's cafe de coral & mcd just 5 minutes walk

It was convenient to be on the Hotel shuttle line. The staff was very helpful. The room was tiny but not as small as some in HK. A bit tight for a family.

Room was small but not uncomfortable - wouldn't have expected much more space in Hong Kong. The view from the 21st floor was amazing, and the floor to ceiling window is lovely. Well-maintained room and decent room service. Restaurant not great. For families: The neighbourhood can be daunting at first (especially with a pram!) but it is actually easy to walk down to the elevated walkways that link to Sheung Wan, Central etc. Very nice playground in the sports complex across the road. Overall, a good experience.
