a well known hotel that provides the best service they could...at our arrival,they showed us the hotel as well as a very beautiful piece of artwork(biggest piece of art in HK)...
we spent our Xmas holiday in HK and the staff gave us a box of chocolate with a very sweet note...very tocuhed and surprised...
the hotel is located near the central which is a food and shopping heaven...
Good location, wonderful staff....

新年の花火を見えるホテルということでこのホテルのハーバビューにしました。角度的にはちょっと見えにくかったです。ラウンジの軽食が充実しておりうまかったです。ちょっと高いですがいいホテルだと思います。

スタッフの対応が速くて笑顔が良かった。 部屋自体は良かったのですが

年配の母が一緒だったので、一室３名使用で予約。
ツィンタイプ（ベット２台）にエキストラを希望しました。
スタッフの対応は速く５１階に、ロケーションは良いと部屋に行くと…。
端の部屋でほとんど海は見えず、折角デラックスハーバービューとったのにとがっかり。
あれはハーバービューじゃないです！
Restaurant Tip:
隣接するショッピングモールに西武百貨店が入っている。地下に食料品売り場があってホテルの食事に飽きたら行ってみるのも一案。品数豊富ですよ！
