Felt so good. The place is located walk steps from MRT, shopping mall, boutiques and restaurants. Has a functional and smart room setup (designed by Philippe Starck) with really all u need, fast internet connection, TV with home theater system, various take away room service, minibar with pantry, good bathroom amenities and complementary, ironing board, hair dryer, safety box, lot of closet space, various magazines...
Downstairs at the lobby lounge is available at certain hours buffet breakfast / afternoon cake / evening wine bar all free of charge.
No pool, sauna, spa, gym etc, but really feels great, informal and homey.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Indonesian embassy for who cares is just located on the back road.
Money changer offering good rate is just going out to the right side.

Excellent room, love the kitchenette. The fitness room is a joke. It would be simple to add dumbbells and bench....I've asked three times. In-room furniture needs replacement. The covers are new, but the underlying sofas/chairs need renewal. Just 5 min walk from Causeway Bay MTR.
Nightlife Tip:
If racing's in season, Happy Valley on Wednesday nights is a must do. 10 min taxi, then hit St. Germain at the south end of the track. A Parisian bistro with all of the patina of the Champs.

I have stayed for 1 night for business matters before flying back to home. The hotel is clean and well designed with good internet service. The food at the second floor restaurant is worst to visit the hotel only for dinner.
Shopping Tip:
You can walk 2 blocks and find the Causeway bay shopping mall.

the apartment is spacious, stylish and the small kitchenette is a plus. But the sound insulation is pretty bad, i can clearly listen people in the corridor. And its better to replace the room key with some computer-key card.

Great Hotel! Perfect location. close to MTR and in the heart of shopping district of Causeway. Near good restaurants. 5 min walk to Times Square Mall and Sogo dept store. The hotel offers free drinks 24/7 and snacks.

It's my second time staying in J Plus, I like its lobby bar very much.
The staff are very kind and helpful, the location is super- near to the metro, near to the park, near to the food and fruit market.
The room is equipment with kitchen, so you can buy food downstairs in the market and cook!

the previous name of this hotel - jia (which means home in mandarin) indeed captures the description of the hotel in one single word. the modern design (by phillipe starck) and cozy layout of the room makes one feel at ease. i love the speakers and the surround sound effect. the water pressure in the shower is commendable as nothing beats a nice hot shower after a long day. the location is strategic and the walk to the causeway bay mtr station is merely a few minutes away.
