Locality, closer to MTR station
Good food and service at the restaurant.
Smaller room and price not competitive vs. Lanson Place, which is brand new and just next door to Jia. Sound proof from traffic outside the road seems not well organised. For those guests staying in lower floors, traffic noise from outside the road can be heard clearly, eps in the morning.
I was greeted and welcome upon check in by Jia reception staff and I must say they are quite well-groomed. Speak good English and able to give clear feedback. Perhaps Jia should consider to allocate breakfast/wine & spirit indulgence session to a different floor. The lobby becomes smaller when guests are all having breakfast close to the lobby area. I noticed some of the walk in guests have problem getting a place to sit. Alternatively, to provide pre-breakfast set to individual room could be an ideal to ease the jam.

Cool room, nice staff, lots of freebies provided in the lobby (san pelegrino, bottled water, espresso machine, juice, snacks, teas, wine at evening), nice and courteous staff, and lively area around hotel.
No stopping for taxi and car on the street in front of hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at Jia. The 1 bedroom suite has a very nice layout that feels very comfortable. The studio with the square layout is nice and cozy. The hallway and lift is a bit dark, but once you enter the room you will forget about it. I needed a box because I shopped too much and they gave me a box free of charge. I thought that was very nice not like big commercialized hotel that charge you for everything extra. Free local calls and internet, they will even setup wi-fi if you need wireless access for blackberry or such. Stay at Jia and you will be glad you did. It is one of my favorite hotels in HK. Its more like a service apartment with the kitchenette in the room. For easy access to taxi, walk across to Regal Hotel. MTR Causeway Bay station is a block away near to Sogo.

Extremely small rooms
Breakfast
This hotel has a great location but will need to get a shape up - - when staying at Jia in Shanghai we where a little disappointed with the standard of the hotel in Hong Kong - not worth the money and I really doubt if you can call it a boutique hotel - its more like a hostel
