This hotel isn't really a hotel. When you enter you see signs for several different hotels and wonder what's going on? Then you find o each floor in this once Residencial building has been subdivided and made in to tiny hotels for lack of a net word. The owner is a nice lady but doesn't speak English but she can speak Mandarin and her very young child can sleek a little English. The room she gave me was right next to hers and probably more secure then the others. The furniture was very old the bed rock hard but I liked it the room was Ok for HK in size but it was a family room so probably the biggest she had. The shower was literally over the toilet which was the biggest problem in the room and the other problem was that it has no windows. I thought it would be like that and as I only came for less then 24h it didn't bother me that much. I can shower at home. Location was very good for me close to the Metro and to shops. I knew that anywhere under a night in HK is going to be substandard so I wasn't surprised. And wasn't fussed as I would be anywhere else

Yes room and bathroom is small but l jus need a bed so no problem l am out most of the time.To locate this hotel/guest house, take bus A21 from airport cost HK$33 to bus stop no. 7,Bank centre. Then walk along Nathan road turn left to Shantung Road, walk down to see a shop "Hollywood" in chinese,Wing Wah bldg is on the right.Mongkok MTR exit D2,turn right n then left to Nathan Road, walk same way to find this hotel.l go a few rounds before l can find this location. The hotel shld hv a sign "Do not disturb/Pls clean room" hanging on the dr knob ,so those sleeping late wont be rudely awaken by cleaning staff knocking loudly on the door.Unfortunately l got room one near the main door, whole nite can hear tel ringing, new guests arriving knocking on main door n their noisy talking n checking in.Otherwise stay is pleasant one.

Recommendable for backpackers!

Great location, Clean rooms, and Friendly staff

It is a family-owned guesthouse near Mongkok Station, and as most guesthouses in Hongkong, the room is really small, but in fact enough for a solo traveler. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they keep the rooms very clean. One of the few drawback I had during my stay was that the shower water would leak out of the small bathroom into the bedroom, but when I control better, the issue became no big deal, and plus, the staff also helped me with that in my first day.

very close to Mong Kok station, very small though

such tiny venues are basically the only cheap option to sleep in Hongkong

don't expect an ordinary hotel. it's rather a backyard apartment with about 7 rooms on the 6th floor, run privately. (even at that low price they might deserve some refitting.) depending on your neighbours it might be loud at night. but the wifi-connection is great! it's a great hub for your night out in Kowloon - nothing more, but nothing less!
Hotel Feature Tip: it's not easy to find, as there are no signs anywhere. so just ask around. there are several other hotels of that kind that use the same entrance to the building.

Hostel in Mongkok (Chinese area)

Location - Close to the tube Station and the chinese street markets

I booked a double room even if I was on my own so the room was small but big even for me to feel comfortable in it (I'm 1.92m and a single bed might have been slightly too small). The room is clean, considering HK standards. The bathroom was quite clean as well Most of the employees working there don't speak English, so be ready to use body language to communicate. Beware, the entrance of the Wing Wah Building is on a street off Sai Yeung Choi Street, so it can be quite tricky to find it at first.

Tiny rooms but good location

Located close to the Mong Kok subway station
8.3
For short term stay, this is a very nice location within a few minutes walking distance from the Mong Kok subway station. The room is tiny and only a few television stations, but there is air conditioning that works fine. The bathroom is tiny as well, but for the price and location, it's worth the price.
