JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong Hong Kong Info
Majestically perched atop world-famous Pacific Place, the hotel's luxurious sophistication shows stunning views, beautiful rooms, and award winning restaurants. Near great shopping including the Pacific Place Mall with names such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton. The subway is in the basement and transportation anywhere in the city is easy. The 32 sq meter rooms have wall to ceiling windows looking out on the mountains or the harbor. The triple sheeted, pillow topped beds are a dream of comfort, and the room is filled with all those wonderful extras such as fluffy robes, separate shower and tub, turndown service and more. Since this is a Marriott hotel the business service are top notch. The six restaurants are great. A tip: if breakfast buffets bore you, try the Marriott’s, it will change your mind.

Room was small compared to other 5 star hotels on same location
Have to be careful on taking any offers at this hotel on the stay two nights get one free the hotel does not accept Agodas offer of room with breakfast included except for the free night hote indsists you pay for breakfast on all three nights Agoda staff not able to help with this even if you have it in writing that you have breakfast included,
The bar on the ground floor is very nice and a great place to eat but do not buy many drinks unless you are very very rich
Nightlife Tip : Go out to have a drink

Newly renovated rooms
superb housekeeping staff
concierge
excellent location
The best part of my stay at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong was the location. The hotel has an entry directly into one of Hong Kong's premier shopping malls - Pacific Place - where there is a large selection of great restaurants and a sizable grocery store.
An added bonus was that the room had been recently renovated in tasteful and soothing colors.
A really cool thing was the "service" button in the room. Within two minutes of pushing this button, a member of the housekeeping staff would be at my door!
I asked for a late check-out and was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping still came to my room that morning and did a full clean-up of the room and bathroom.
While the room was smaller than I expected, the massive two wall windows (with green mountain view) more than made up for the lack of space.
Restaurant Tip : Pacific Place mall (seems to be below the hotel) has very reasonably priced restaurants offering a variety of Asian cuisines.

Efficient and friendly staff; small but nice rooms; pleasant massage; central location
The hotel was under renovation and it would be a good idea to look into the leak on the ceiling of the main entrance.
The staff were very efficient, helpful and initiates action especially when you have issues with your travel agency; the room albeit small were well appointed; very well maintained. The location is very central and if weather isn't suitable to head out for a walk, Pacific Place is a good way to exercise those legs... and purses. I have gone for a relaxing massage which was priced reasonably although the technique can still improve. The ceiling of the main entrance was leaking a bit (it was raining).
