JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Have to be careful on taking any offers at this hotel on the stay two nights get one free the hotel does not accept Agodas offer of room with breakfast included except for the free night hote indsists you pay for breakfast on all three nights Agoda staff not able to help with this even if you have it in writing that you have breakfast included, The bar on the ground floor is very nice and a great place to eat but do not buy many drinks unless you are very very rich

The best part of my stay at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong was the location. The hotel has an entry directly into one of Hong Kong's premier shopping malls - Pacific Place - where there is a large selection of great restaurants and a sizable grocery store. An added bonus was that the room had been recently renovated in tasteful and soothing colors. A really cool thing was the "service" button in the room. Within two minutes of pushing this button, a member of the housekeeping staff would be at my door! I asked for a late check-out and was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping still came to my room that morning and did a full clean-up of the room and bathroom. While the room was smaller than I expected, the massive two wall windows (with green mountain view) more than made up for the lack of space.

The staff were very efficient, helpful and initiates action especially when you have issues with your travel agency; the room albeit small were well appointed; very well maintained. The location is very central and if weather isn't suitable to head out for a walk, Pacific Place is a good way to exercise those legs... and purses. I have gone for a relaxing massage which was priced reasonably although the technique can still improve. The ceiling of the main entrance was leaking a bit (it was raining).

These was a one night stay to celebrate our weeding anniversary.We live in Macao so we already had an idea what we where looking for: a Hotel near the central area of Hong Kong for a easy trip to our chosen restaurant,Gaia Restoranti, and for some shopping. So if you are looking for something like this it suits the propose, since it is connected by foot to Pacific Place shopping mall and to the MTR. The booking of the Hotel was really easy. We got the confirmation wright away. When we arrived at the hotel they where surprised to see the booking maid by Agoda. It was there first time. So they did not know if the payment had already been done.So requested us to wait until tomorrow so they could confirm. Nonetheless they upgraded us to harbor view room that we really appreciated, soon to find that maybe they where trying to amend the noise provoked by the construction works that started at 9 o'clock in the morning, so we did not get much sleep. This was the only BIG cons we can enumerate, since we where not informed by Agoda that the hotel was under renovation works, and where only informed when we arrived at the room and there was a little paper on the desk. To some it all it was a pleasant stay, to repeated in the future.

i like this hotel,it has a unique view in the room and an automatic cover,nice LCD tv and i would like to stay in this hotel again the next time i visit hongkong,and the service are excellent and the staff in the receptionist is very helpful.....we're looking for some place and they gave us a map and told us how to reach there:)

Great location and good service level of staffs, but the room smelled very bad of cigarettes. Very convenient location to access to business centres and shopping malls.

I have always enjoyed staying at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong. For the convenience, location and good food. Numerous options are within walking distance too.

It is directly connected to the flight near the MRT PASHIFIKKUPUREISU than I thought and I think very good. There was a lot of trendy restaurants and cafes. Jasmine tea is very good at UERUKAMUTI received. Room keys did not care a little card.
