i can feel the 5 star hotel, cafe section is great.

parking section is need improve.
wait 15 mins still wait my car drive back to front door.

Hotel did not have a room ready for me because they were at full occupancy. It got sorted out in the end but I had to be pretty persistent. Not a great start.

Well appointed hotel and good service.
Views from bedroom, convenient access to Pacific Place mall.

i love the hotel because i get a big room with a nice mountain view. the mall and subway are all within walking distance. i can get a great food in the mall, so i don't have to be worried of being hungry. best of all, i got a very good service

I did an early checkin and the hotel was ready with my room and accomodated my request for late checkout. Hotel is in a great location in the Pacific Place mall so it is very convenient to shops as well as the MTR transportation

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff, with quick and easy check-in. Room was not cheap but well appointed, clean and large enough for one, though maybe not for two people with lots of luggage. Keys did not work on two occasions, entailing annoying returns to the reception (this was not unusual according to staff).

instant housekeeping impressed me in three minutes when push the
service button no other hotels have same kind of service.
breakfast is excellent, offering fresh juice, all kind of bread and fusion hot food. waiters are keen in customer's situation.
ladies at business center also superb in service. I could find them always smiling and with impressive courtesy.
