Small room but clean and tidy
Clean, fast wifi and easy access to MTR

We were bluffed by the inner building and corrider where it was old, messy and dirty. But inside once inside the rooms where we are going to stay, it was surprisingly clean and tidy. There are basic necessities, eg. towels and toothbrushes. MTR exit D was just next to the building, hence no problem getting around in HK. Consider ok if just for a few night's rest.

The hotel is wonderful.
Clean, easy to access to the metro and cheap.

Very good and well received. The hotel is clean and cheap. I would recommend to anybody who wants a cheap hotel, clean and be in the center of town.

Acceptable for budget hotel in HK
convenient location, can leave luggage there after check out, budget price

Basically acceptable during the stay at HK. Just a little bit annoying with the noise made by staff early morning.(Soundproof is weak as we stayed beside the office.)

Great location but small rooms

The location is good. The room is clean,but too small to stay. When we arrived the hotel, it was difficult to find staff of this hotel. We have to wait for 15 min.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We booked a tri-bed room. Location is good. The room is clean. But the room is too small. Do not have any desk or other living staff except beds.

If you have money to spend look for another hotel. KG's rooms are clean but the building is old and elevators are always crowded.

Great location hotel but small rooms

The hotel is in the best location for shopping and its just next to subway "Tsim Sha Sui" station. It is good for shopping and seigntseeing. Recommend!

the room is overall dirty. we could not get rid of the cockroaches despite killing them each time we see them. the toilet is not fit for even a single person use - no place to put even a toothbrush, no hanger for clothes, no place for toilet roll. the toilet is not cleaned everyday. the mattress is the thinnest i have laid on and is uncomfortable.
my room has a double and a single bed. however, the double bed is not truly a double bed meant for 2. it is about 4feet width, and both my teenage sons struggled to sleep on it. we ended up with stiff back after a week stay.
we expected the room to be small, but we still expected to be given decent size bed and bathroom. overall the room condition and the beds, were appalling.
i would never go back, and i would not recommend to any average traveller. 30 years of travelling, visiting many countries, this is by far the worst hotel stay experience.

A nice location, staffs're friendly.

This hotel is located on Tsim Sha Tsui where it is all of the business centre, shopping malls and so on. It is close to subway that people can take it to explore its cities. When you choose to stay at this hotel you will find a smile of staff with a friendly. I wish you all have a nice trip in Hong Kong.
