The service is excellent with all staff members positive and helpful. Spa is professional, well maintained and professional The gym is terribly small and out of date. The location of the hotel is perfect for access to the MTR stations and shopping areas . The no smoking policy is a big benefit to the air quality at this place like most HK hotels now. The street is quiet compared to many and if you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are several places on the street for something good, quick and inexpensive. For American and Europeans one of the best features is the proximity to the Knutsford Terrace which is known for it's restaurants and nightclubs which is somewhat of a Western break if you feel like it.

The hotel is very convenience and only 5-10 min to the MTR station. It only take 10 min walk from hotel to the shopping mall e.g. Harbour City, LV Shop .... The eatting places are near around with variety choices. When you are not sleep early you can go to the nearby bar for some drink before sleep. It is the 3rd times I used this hotel and I prefer to use it in the future.

Good location ,right at the heart of the city rooms are little bit old , and without safety box. Really good location and right at the heart of the city also with 5 mins walk to the MTR station , good food and restaurant nearby the hotel.We request for the inroom safety box ,but the reception said only few rooms at a floor have safety box ??? Good service from the house keeping .
