Small room but very good location

We didn't stay long in the lobby of the hotel when we arrived.We were promptly given the room keys but nobody assisted us with our luggages.Same thing happened when we called the front office saying that we are checking out.They just said to go to the lobby and surrender our keys.Nevertheless,everyone was polite and we didn't encounter a rude personnel during our stay there.

we were couples in business trip ,travel in for h.k.electonics
fair.the hotel(kimberly) in which we stay r very clean & tidy
nly roms r becoming smaller.the bed is not according to view
the t.v.as it in not in sequence.
the staffs r very polite & pleasant.
Nightlife Tip:
nice places to sop with bargain hunters,
ladies market in mongkok.

the room was quite average. it was a bit expensive, although hotel rooms in hong kong generally are. i got a deluxe room, so it was a bit spacious. when i accidentally bumped the side table, the room lost electricity, because apparently there was open wiring behind it. the best feature of the hotel is its location -- it is walking distance from both the tsim sha tsui and jordan mtr stations. and it is near the second stop of the 4th line of the free airport shuttle from the airport express kowloon station.

the rooms are too small, bad service in the term of if you are not hanging no disturb sign around 8:30 am house keeping will be keeping knocking and ringing on your doors, which i think that it is very inappropriate, especially when the guests do need the rest. one more thing the hotel is very stingy of complementary water, only given on day which is strange, others hotel i had stayed before never experienced such issues.

the room is clean, service is good. lrt station is about 5 to 10minute walking distance! internet service is very bad, not suitable for business traveler.

This is the first time as well as the last time I stay in this hotel. This is the 4 star hotel but cannot compare with 1 star hotel with no Wi-Fi in room (only at lobby with pay charge different with internet cable room charge). In room, there is only 1 internet cable to use for 2 laptops (I stay in twin room with colleague) and that is the hotel policy as receptionist's answer. So disappointed about this hotel.
The facilities in room is so poor, old television 21" put on the table where to put laptop for working, so how can to watch television when there is a person sit to work. The different television remote (China version) to control Philip old television, how can to change channel? No way.
The most surprise is the refrigerator put in toilet, it is unbelievable and also no free water for guest.
So, never to stay in this hotel anymore.

the hotel is very conveniently located in the shopping zone of Tsim Sha Tsui. Though, we found it very small, it was hard to move around.

Once reach Kimberley hotel the reception was polite. Once i gotten the room i when ahead.
the room was nice. not spacious but need. The only problem is the bed. It is really bad. causing my wife and i with backaches and neckaches for our 4 night stay.
when to reception to ask if theres wifi. and was told that wifi need to pay!!!
when checking out i have total 5 luggage and no one offer to help me at all !! my stay at kimberley is not that happy.
